Truly enjoyed my time here. The room was very clean, the aesthetic of the hotel was top tier , and staff was very welcoming. I came for a solo birthday trip, and the front desk made me feel very welcome. In celebration of my birthday, assistant GM Rashad presented me with a champagne bottle to bring in the BDay weekend! Parking was very easy as well. I can honestly say i enjoyed my stay here and when i do come back to AZ, this will be my place to stay!
I recently had the pleasure of being served by Sky and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. She was very welcoming and had expert knowledge of the drink menu!. She effortlessly crafted a perfect cocktail based on a vague description of my taste (I’m not much of a drinker). I would also like to mention she manned the bar all by herself like it was second nature. It was very busy at the bar but she handled it seamlessly with patience. Good job getting it done, Sky!
The staff check in was wonderful they were really professional and considering i came in at 730am that was surprising. I was able to get in my room right away, which was much appreciated since I was traveling alone. The room was impeccably clean. The woman who was staffing the grab and go breakfast was also very professional and helpful. 5 stars, highly recommend! I definitely plan to stay again wherever I go.
Shout out to Rashad who works at the front desk. He was very welcoming and polite with some comforting humor. He even brought up a complementary bottle of wine to the room to settle us in. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The world needs more Rashads.
This is by far the best Hotel, I have stayed at ever. The Service is exceptional, the cleanliness is fantastic. Tom Tryon is the MAN his staff is well trained and just all around professional, in fact you need to give this guy a raise. The bar was great, the breakfast was awesome. If l could I would give it a 20 STAR REVIEW. It was just the best experience a guest could have. I greatly appreciate the hospitality, and them going above and beyond for my Husband and I. I will return again just an all around GREAT GREAT Experience. If you're in the Phoenix area, I highly recommend you stay at the AC Marriott Downtown.. Also I want to highly say The Front office manager Tom, highly cares about his job and this hotel. He definitely goes above and beyond for guest. Thank you all for a great experience.. Great experience at this hotel! Rooms were very clean and modern. I was on the 11th floor with a city view. I liked how quiet the hotel was! Even though it’s in the downtown area, you don’t hear traffic or car noises. The staff were friendly. Even when just returning from leaving they would greet me. I also appreciate how they included 2 waters in the room and there are refillable water stations on 3 different floors. There are also several food spots nearby, making it easy to grab something quickly for a meal. I’d recommend this hotel!
The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to nearby arenas for sporting events. Staff were friendly (ESPECIALLY the bartender). The hotel was quiet at night despite being in a centralized location. The rooms were spacious & the shower pressure was perfect (huge deal to me). The only deal breaker for me was that the rooms didn’t have a microwave , which sucks because I ate out a lot and had no way to rewarm my leftovers. Other than that, great stay and would stay again.
I added an extra night to a business trip and wanted to be downtown. I chose the AC Hotel based on location and very reasonable pricing. While it's further out from the core than other spots, don't let that fool you. It's only a couple blocks away from everything you want to see and it's much easier to get to. Hotel is super clean, looks brand new, absolutely love the vibe. Staff is highly professional, very welcoming and always ready to answer questions. Check-in was a breeze, parking is just on the side of the hotel and easy to access. Rooms are very clean, you'll find all the amenities you could want and a very large shower in the bathroom. I definitely recommend a stay here.
