Very nice and clean hotel, and the staff were extremely helpful. I am giving it 2 stars because they don’t offer self parking. When we stayed, we had to park across from the hotel in public parking. Overnight parking was 40% of our hotel bill. For the same price I could have stayed at a nicer hotel that had parking included.
Very good stay. Candy at the front desk is informative and welcoming which set the tone for a great stay. ||De with valet is very courteous and helpful. Made the stay much better.||The only improvement that could be made is the bathrooms could be a little cleaner. I saw a couple of hairs in the shower which made me question the cleanliness. Otherwise, very nice place to stay. Clean and good service and amenities.

I went last night (October 9) and used the amazing valet service. The young man, I believe his name was Troy, was very kind and so attentive. Would highly recommend using the service. Was a great price and the workers were top notch. As for the hotel, the rooms were clean and so pretty. Was a perfect distance away from the downtown area bu close enough for us to walk around.
Enjoyed my 3 day stay here at AC Hotel downtown. Sky was excellent and provided me great service. He was very helpful with me in locating where I need to go as well when I needed my car from Vallet.
Gentry helped me on day 3 and had great customer service. She was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms: Very sterile European vibes. Not cozy and warm. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice.
Service: front desk performed as expected. Bar staff maybe slightly below a normal bar service.
Location: good area but on the far side of it. You can still walk to a good amount of bars, restaurants and attractions.
Absolutely great time! So excited to come back for thunder season. The rooms are great and the staff is awesome! What infatuated me the most were the valet members. My valet both times were Kamden and he was so pleasant and friendly! 10/10 will visit this again!
All the staff was so friendly, valet was fast (thanks Kaden!), rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent location.
