Nice hotel with good rooms, very comfortable. One of the best hotels in that area. However, the area is not centrally located, no public transport. From airport by Taxi about 100 Dollar. So if you do have a meeting in that area it is a great place to stay. If you want to visit down town - chose another place.
Blah. No bath robes. No tubs. No reserved rooms for Platinum member upgrades. Sparse amenities. No room service.
It was lame. I’m not gonna lie. They are correct it is a 3-star experience.
We recently spent just one night at this hotel in National Harbor, but it left a lasting impression. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The location is fantastic, right on the river’s edge, offering a pleasant neighborhood atmosphere. Whether you’re visiting Washington, DC for business or leisure, this is a great place to stay!
Decent hotel overpriced. Have to walk to parking offsite. Better hotels for the price nearby and with better value.
It’s a Marriot but barely … don’t expect to get breakfast even if you have titanium status. Room was bare and minimal.
Be careful of the additional fees! Especially if your itinerary changes they will charge you an extra night. Even when they are not sold out. If your itinerary could change don’t stay here!overall very disappointing for a Marriot. Too many other options to stay here again.
I’ve stayed at this property twice for a conference at the Gaylord. Twice was one time too many. On my final night stay I found a cockroach climbing up the side of the bed.
I promptly left the property and notified the front desk. When I unpacked my belonging at another hotel, I found a cockroach in my luggage as well…
I wasn’t impressed by how Marriott handled the situation. Oh and to make matters worse, my coworker who was on another floor also found a roach in bed with her!
For $559 a night not including all the daily taxes - this is absolutely unacceptable.

Emily and Grayson (front desk supervisors) provided exemplary service for my family and I during our stay at the AC Hotel. We are appreciative of their kindness and caring for us. They kept a positive attitude throughout, andthey represent the Marriott brand well. Keep up the great work!
Positive: Hotel location was amazing - we had a fabulous view of the harbor and ferris wheel. Negative: room was small but clean and great. only negative was a lot of hair in the shower drain. kind of yucky to have not been clean.
This is my favorite stay-cation location. This is my fifth stay at this location and they never disappoint. My only regret is not getting the name of the front desk staff from Friday to Sunday they were stellar. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional. The win asking for a room with a view and they delivered. :)
