Best WLM Reviews

Great location, conveniently located 2 blocks off of Broadway. The staff was very friendly. They have free hot coffee every morning at the bar, breakfast to purchase. The pool and fitness area are second to none! The rooms are spacious and clean. We’ve stayed here a few times and cannot wait to come back. I think out of the Nashville hotels, this is the best bang-for-your-buck!
My dad and I stayed here two nights for a conference we had across the street. Clean hotel and good location. 3 things that I didn’t like. Tv had a self timer that would auto shut off. There was no way to cancel it with the remote they had in the room. Second, the sliding bathroom door would get stuck. Glad I had someone with me or else I’d still be stuck inside the bathroom. Third, the shower is not very good. It’s a rain shower, which isn’t good. Ive stayed at much nicer places here in Nashville for the same price.
Our room was clean spacious. We had great views of the city, especially from the balcony. We also enjoyed the short walk to the nightlife on Broadway including bars and restaurants. The valet was helpful and Michelle at the front desk was wonderful.
Right in the heart of Nashville, was hosted for business and was an absolutely wonderful stay. Took my party a moment to get used to where to go and how to get to where we needed, but after a day of exploring we were masters of the AC. Staff were friendly and accommodating, location was prime and a short walk from all activities and popular attractions, and the pool was elegant! My favorite place was the Rooftop Bar on the 21st floor; stunning views and a great bar selection. Going to be keeping this in mind next time I'm planning a trip to Nashville!
this is a great place to stay when you're in Nashville I came into town for the Justin Timberlake concert and found that the AC was very convenient to everything. The staff was very attentive and efficient..... The food was good and the drinks were even better.
The room was clean and the hotel is in a good location, but i wasn’t the happiest with the front desk staff. I saw corporate greed and price gouging play out over this past weekend at this hotel. It’s a 3 star hotel but yet they were a bit on the pricey side which was fine until I asked for a late check out and they wanted to charge me an extra 50 dollars! The guy at the front desk was very nice nasty about it as well which I didn’t particularly like. I’ve NEVER had to pay for late check out at any hotel, let alone a 3 star AC! Seems like they need some humility. Then they charged 55 bucks for parking and their little rinky dink breakfast which we didn’t get. So essentially we paid over $300 dollars for one night. Corporate greed at its finest. I’ve stayed in better hotels for LESS!
Breakfast was very nice. They had a nice variety, including bacon on some days. My room's safe didn't work and the bed was sagging. Other than that, the room was clean, nicely laid out and had a nice size closet. You do have to request daily maid service if you want your room cleaned, which they didn't mention when we checked in, but accommodated when we requested the next day. I would use them again. At one point, I misplaced my bracelet at the pool and thought for sure I would never see it again, but to my surprise, somebody turned it into the hotel and the hotel promptly returned it to me after following their procedures.
We were in Nashville for a wedding and arrived early for our first visit to Music City. The AC Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel is clean but housekeeping is by request. Rooms are utilitarian not carpeted the AC keeps the room comfortable but was very loud. Mattress was compressed on my side but still comfortable.
Pool side and roof top bars were nice.
We tend to avoid places with valet parking but there’s no other option here. The $55 fee for each day is California level insane! However the 2 employees of the hotel who impressed us the most were brothers Ishak & Mandy. From arrival they were kind, helpful and prompt. We had quick access to our vehicle as frequently as we needed. They go above expectations and when another valet brought the wrong car down Ishak apologized and promptly corrected the situation. If we return to Nashville we will likely stay elsewhere.
