From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel exceeded expectations. The front desk attendant was absolutely amazing—her warm, friendly demeanor made me feel right at home and set the tone for my stay. She was professional, courteous, and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed.
The room itself was immaculate, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail was evident, from the spotless linens to the perfectly arranged amenities. I also appreciated how quiet and comfortable the room was, allowing me to truly relax and enjoy my stay.
Every aspect of my experience was fantastic, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. This hotel is a true gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
One of the best hotels I have stayed at for work purposes. The people were extremely nice and knew what they were doing or talking about. They had water and ice stations on every floor, the ice being the "good" ice too! |Watch out though those doors to the rooms are heavy and they slam fast and hard! Once I got a hang of the shower that was no problem either. On the last night of my stay, the AC seemed like it didn't want to work anymore, so my sleep was not very good for the flight home. |It is in a good location, not just for the airport but also a shopping complex across the street with bars and restaurants. Most places did deliver to the hotel for late-night dinners, which was a bonus. |Would I stay here again? Yes, already looking at possibly planning another trip down but this time it would be for a weekend away from the cold Ohio weather.
There’s one particular receptionist that sucks!. She made me sleep in my car because I had no card present.. apparently having a card on. File does not count and it has to be present… fine so I showed up for a second try and I kid you not this same woman made me cancel because of hate ice cold attitude. I still had no physical card but apparently apple pay is ok .. so .. sleeping in my car could have been avoided… this time though she tries to charge me for parking…. How’s that for service? .. don’t stay …not friendly.
Fantastic stay. Clean, new, modern, and priced right. We did not try the food - breakfast is not complimentary, I believe it’s a buffet for around $20. CityPlace Doral is right across the street and has entertainment for both couples or families. We loved the hotel and will be sure to return next time we’re in Miami!
We went to Miami for my birthday and we reserved 3 night and was amazing experience . Clean , service , breakfast was amazing and Lily make the best coffee ever and she was so sweet.
Everything was as expected. Attentive service at the desk, room was clean and well maintained. Serious issue with the kitchen, though. Rancid meat was served as “steak”. A gentleman next to me ordered the same thing- both of us asked for medium steak- what arrived was something charred, way overcooked and extremely over salted, probably to cover up the rancid aroma. The meat was definitely far past its serving date. Neither I nor the other guest ate even half the “steak”. Very disappointing that they would serve this. Please make remedy so others don’t suffer the same experience. Hopefully the stomach ache goes away after 24 hours.
In room 510, awake all night from floor 6 gym overhead (dropping weights & treadmill). Gym not 24 hours but front desk only vague promises (will put up signs?) but didn’t. Bad hotel design, gym needs timed access. Also bedsheets crazy rough!
Mixed. There was a damaged night light lamp. They cleaned my room the first day but not any of the others. Not sure why. The bar and restaurant were top notch.
