Good location, modern rooms, clean somehow, however I try the breakfast on my first day... molded chesse and croissant, dirt tables with used dishes everywhere, no water, juice or any drinks other than coffee, I ask for spoon but have to eat a yogurt with a fork. The waiter bring me a check before I even get to see the mold factory in the buffet, I paid $34 for two yogurts and she expects a tip!!! If you don't know how to run a hotel don't get into that business
The AC Hotel in Little Rock provided an exceptional experience for our staff during their recent stay. The team, led by Micah the evening manager, went above and beyond to make the check-in process seamless and stress-free. Our employees were impressed by the professional and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff’s attention to detail made their visit truly enjoyable. A big thank you to Micah and the entire AC Hotel team for ensuring everything ran so smoothly—it was greatly appreciated!
Our stay was for one night on our way to Ole Miss. The valet and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay with restaurant recommendations as well as requests.
The valet provided a great dinner suggestion to Samantha's around the corner which was excellent. The front desk was helpful in letting us know about the area as well. Though the night we were there, the city was pretty quiet and almost a ghost town.
The hallways are a bit confusing to get around as there was many twists and turns, and no signs to get to the elevator from the room, so we had to really remember where to go, or we hit a dead end. The room itself was clean, but very small. Yeah it was for one night but two people, with small carry one each should not have to be dodging each other for space.
Long story short, a pleasant stay, great staff and clean hotel.
I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Little Rock Downtown and had a wonderful first experience in Little Rock. I opted for self-parking, as there were affordable parking lots nearby, and I didn't mind the short walk. The hotel also offers valet parking for those who prefer.
The lobby was beautifully designed and featured a bar. It seemed to be the same area where breakfast was served, although I didn't have the opportunity to try it. The gym was conveniently located on the third floor and well-equipped.
My room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a desk for working. Overall, I would definitely consider staying at the AC Hotel Little Rock Downtown again on my next visit to the city.
Our stay at the AC Marriott in Little Rock truly exceeded our expectations! From the stylish and modern decor to the attentive, friendly staff, every detail contributed to an exceptional visit.||The room was immaculate, with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We’d like to give a special shout out to the F&B director. We had the opportunity to meet her during breakfast time. She’s a gem! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Little Rock!
The rooms are great and new. I love the layout and convenience. However, I probably would not stay again based on the bar service. My husband and I opted to stay in town after a Christmas party. We got checked in about 10:45pm (I called ahead to let them know it would be a late check-in). The service at the desk was great. We were going to get an Uber and go have a cocktail somewhere but the front desk recommended we check out the specials at the bar. She said they were open until 11:30pm. So we decided to check it out. That's where our experience went from 10 to 2. The bartender was hasty when I sat down and said what are you having? I hadn't had time to look at any menus or anything. So I ordered a wine for my husband and asked for a chocolate espresso martini. He sighed and said (all while moving about cleaning and breathing heavily), we have a midnight martini, do you want that? I said I have no idea what that is. He just looked at me. I said "Sure I guess." He made me feel rushed and unwelcome. My husband came in from parking the car. I told him I thought we made the wrong choice and I was right. The drink was terrible. I couldn't choke it down. It was all liquor, no mixers. I was too intimidated to ask for something different. My husband said, just ask him to add cream or milk. I explained the bartender's attitude and shortness. But he asked anyway. He got the same response I did. Huffing and rudeness. He said "I dont have that. I would have to go to the breakfast area and look for that." Needless to say, we ended paying $40 for some drinks I hated. The bartender ruined our date night experience. Won't stay again. We don't get to do this much.
Great hotel in a good location. The rooms were very nice and everyone was super helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.
A little disappointing. This hotel definitely has some nicer things and feels very nice when checking in. The front desk and valet were extremely friendly. The room was lack luster. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The room was set to 67 degrees upon coming into it. And cleaning of the bathroom seemed to be missed as there was hair in several places in the shower. The shower in my room also didn’t have much hot water. Luke warm shower at best. With a lot of options to choose from now, I will go elsewhere next time.
