I had an exceptional stay at the AC Hotel Frisco! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond—every time I entered or left the hotel, she made sure to get the door for me and even handled all my bags throughout my entire stay. This level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and taken care of. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend
I love this hotel! Rooms and breakfast were great but have to mention Amy at Valet! She was so cheerful and helpful even in the midst of the Dallas Cowboys opening weekend chaos. I don't know how they found such an incredibly service oriented employee but I'm definitely going to visit again. Well done Marriott!
Me and my wife came to visit Ac and may I say everything was exceptional . The staff was amazing my room was great! And I love the complimentary breakfast and the variety to foods that are available.I wanted to give a special shout out to Hayden the valet supervisor he was very quick and punctual, we held great conversations and I was glad to connect with the young man. I’ll definitely be back to Ac next time I stay !
Let me start with Stacie at the desk. She was Wonderful! We shared with her that it was our 10 year anniversary and when we arrived back from dinner she told us ahe had a suprise for us in our room. It was a sweet card and a nice plate of goodies with a bottle of wine! The sweetest ever! Very nice facility! The Valet was a wonderful amenity. Clean rooms, nice pool.
As a frequent traveler I stay with Marriott at least 2 nights a week on average for business and pleasure. I have stayed at several AC hotel locations throughout the US and I can confidently say you encounter the same hotel regardless of location. Same top notch Signature scent, cleanliness of rooms and common spaces, room comfort, water pressure, staff professionalism, elite member accommodations; Consistentcy is so nice when flights are delayed etc and an early evening arrival turns to 2am. During our stay at the Frisco, TX AC location, my family and I were in town for a death in the family. Rachel Keller, was extremely helpful and most professional from booking through checkout - everything in between. She was a friendly familiar face at the front desk, made sure my family members had everything they needed, and even went above and beyond to send a sympathy e-card on behalf of Marriott; I believe this would be done because of genuine kindness regardless of status. My family and I are most appreciative.
This is a beautiful hotel - from the rooms to the lobby to the area it is located it. Everything fantastic. However, I cannot leave a 5-star review given I was charged for overnight parking that I did not agree to. My husband and I were asked upon checking in if we needed parking during our stay, which we politely declined. However, upon returning home from our stay last week, we found a $50 parking charge on our credit card. I contacted the hotel who is unwilling to refund us the parking fee that we were mistakenly charged for. I’m not sure how we would have even accessed the overnight parking at the hotel given we verbally told the front desk agent that we didn’t need it so we were not given any parking instructions nor the location of the overnight parking at the hotel?
I’m hopeful that a Manager will see this review and rectify the situation given the individual I’ve been emailing with has been unwilling to.
We had an exceptional experience at AC Hotel Dallas Frisco, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the entire staff. Rachel Keller went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by sending a thoughtful Happy Birthday message to my mom and arranging a special nightcap delivery to her room. Her kindness and attention to detail made my mom's birthday extra special. We truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we will definitely be returning for future stays. I highly recommend AC Hotel Dallas Frisco to anyone visiting the Frisco area!
Stopped in here in August 2024 for a conference at the the Omni. The location is perfect. Right next to the Dallas Cowboys HQ and work out facility. The hotel is done right. New and the decor appropriate for an AC hotel. There are a few handful of good eating and drinking places within the walking distance of the hotel. I am sure there will be future development in the open spaces which will make it a nice area to dine, live and hangout. if visiting this part of town, then a stay here is recommended.
