I stayed here for a work trip, and it was a solid option. The location is great in Downtown Dallas, with easy access to the interstate (2 minutes) and tons of dining and shopping within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, and everyone I interacted with who worked there was friendly. There is bottled water in a fridge in the room, and the rooms are cleaned daily (which isn’t always a thing anymore). Valet is ~$45/day, which you pay separately through a text message. Getting your vehicle can take a bit of time, so be sure to request it 15+ minutes in advance, but those guys were hustling and doing their best to stay on top of it all. There’s breakfast in the lobby, and a large bar area for the evenings.
Came in on a girls night out and was very impressed! From the check in counter to the bar everything was perfect and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was so nice and clean. Want to give a shoutout to the bartender Andrea for her expertise in cocktails! Everything tasted amazing! Will definitely be back soon!
This hotel delivers up to AC brand standards---spacious room, well apportionment, modern design, clean and comfortable. A word of caution-the hotel is boxed in on all sides so unless you are in the topmost floor don't expect much natural light. Points are deducted for TV that was busted in my room. Otherwise this was a very satisfying stay

I always enjoy my stays at any AC hotel. This was my husband and I first trip to Dallas. The front desk staff was so professional and courteous. We used Valet parking and the woman named Sammie was awesome! She explained everything to us in detail, even recommended some great places to eat, but the great part about her was that she greeted everyone with a smile!
Great hotel! Clean and bright. Staff was super friendly!!! The gentlemen that helped with the busses for the entire week (AKA Boule) was OUTSTANDING!!!! He deserves a raise, a bonus, or SOMETHING! Sammie was also great, opened doors and was very pleasant.
Nice comfortable room. Roomy bath. Good lighting. Great modern elevators where you can put your floor number in before you get on the elevator.
So a group of us went to AC Dallas with some friends and I want to say how impressed I was with experience. Andrea and Isaac were phenomenal and made sure everyone had a great time. Thanks to the excellent customer service and tasty drinks, we will def be back!
