After having a bad experience at a different hotel the night before, this place was a nice change! Beautiful lobby and bar area, very nice staff, nice clean fresh rooms with some cute little extras in bathroom. Huge awesome mirror. Great little fancy fridge. Clean fresh linen. Comfy bed. Complimentary Starbucks coffee at the breakfast buffet from 6am was really nice. The area is beautiful with lots of beautiful high end stores. Plenty of free parking. Also close to many synagogues which is very convenient for those to whom that’s applicable
(The only negative comment is that the elevator had a distinct strong weed smell )

We enjoyed our stay on our road trip. In a little shopping center that had lots of great choices for food. Kitchen Social was amazing for dinner. I loved our rooms having a sofa area next to the bed. All the amenities were there. The bed was comfortable and the drapes could block out any light.
This was a beautiful hotel, but when I booked I chose a King bed and when we got to our room we noticed it was 2 queen beds. The gal who checked us in did not mention our room would be different than then one we booked so we walked all the way back to the desk and said they put us in the wrong room. We were then told there were maintenance issues with our king room and this room was all they had. No apologies- just that. I asked if there was anything they could do as far as price or anything and she said she would take my number and have the manger call me. Guess what…she never called.
My husband and I have 5 little kids and we have been saving points on our Chase card so we had enough to book this hotel and having a king bed, which is what we chose when booking, would have been nice. I was very disappointed with how this played out and the apparent lack of concern by the staff.
I’m surprised Marriott is pitching this as their new Luxury hotel. The lobby and bar are pretty, but lacks even basic things. No real closet, no drawers to store cloths, no extra sheets, blankets or pillows for the pullout bed (had to order those up). AC was crap, ice machine didn’t work. Room was gray and depressing with little to no wall art. It was fine for a night, but don’t plan any long stays here. I wouldn’t stay in one again.
The location is perfect if you’re looking for a little shopping, lots of restaurants and a Whole Foods grocery store. Glad I chose here vs staying in downtown Cleveland for a recent trip. Hotel gym was clean with new equipment. Rooms were clean and quiet.
Love the location, in the middle of shopping center. Great access to everything - food, entertainment (bowling, cinema), shopping, grocery shopping. It’s literally one stop shop for everything. The hotel is pretty new and modern decorated. Bonus point is they grow lavender and give out the satchel for good sleep.
The only negative experience is the front desk gave me attitude when i asked for water and missing toiletry. I am not begging, just need for the basis thing.

Our room's AC did not work at all, and the hotel staff tried to fix it but our room stayed at 83 all weekend which made it very hard to sleep. I asked what could be done about this when I checked out, and was only given a bonus 5000 marriot points, which is the equivalent of less than a 1/2 night stay at a hotel in the future. Disappointing.
