I had an outstanding experience with Hailie! From the moment I was seated, they made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. They were attentive without being intrusive, checked in at just the right times, and made great recommendations from the menu.||The level of detail in their service was truly impressive. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask, and each dish was brought out promptly and beautifully presented. It was clear they were very knowledgeable about the menu, as they answered all my questions with confidence.||Their warm and friendly demeanor made the dining/drinking experience feel very personal and enjoyable. They genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a wonderful time, and it showed through in every interaction.||Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better service! I would highly recommend dining here and hope to have Hailie again next time. Thank you for making our time so enjoyable!
We were in our room for hours before realizing that basic fire safety laws/protocols were not followed. The smoke detector in our room was covered in plastic, presumably by a previous guest. The room smelled like smoke covered in cologne. When asking the front desk personnel about the obstructed smoke detector, they asked me to take the plastic off of the smoke detector myself. I had to stand on my tippy toes on the bed and brace against the wall while reaching and jumping to get the plastic shower can covering the smoke detector down. This is unacceptable. If you are concerned about a hotel ensuring fire safety, this is not the hotel for you. The location was outstanding. The bathroom offered little privacy if that matters to you. Also, anytime a neighbor flushed a toilet there was a loud noise of water gushing through the pipes in the walls. In communicating with the manager about our stay, she did not reply to my message about our stay.
We held our wedding block at the AC Hotel, and it was one of the best decisions we made! First, Kyla was extremely professional and friendly. She gave us a full tour of the hotel and answered our many many questions in a timely manner. She could not have been more helpful!||The weekend of the event went perfectly. All the guests were happy to be close to the action and enjoyed walking around The Banks. We held a welcome event on the rooftop which was purely magical! Guests loved the views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincy. We also had a brunch here Sunday morning. The food and service were both impeccable. Special shout out to Ashley in the catering department for going above and beyond. Additionally, we want to thank Saad for all his help at the front concierge desk. There was a Bengals home game that Sunday and the staff still treated us like we were the stars. ||We highly recommend staying here! The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are large, and the food is delicious!
I want to take a moment to share my experience at the AC Cincy @ the Banks. First off the location is absolutely perfect. For the sports fans you are next to the baseball stadium and a block from the football stadium. The waterfront is less than a block away weather permitting. Our check in was effortless and SAAD at the desk was beyond fantastic. Great customer service, amazing personality and so hospitable. Saad’s kindness alone would entice us to go back to this location. The corner room with a balcony offered a great view of the river and would have been perfect for us to lounge on a warm day. Our room attendant Brianna (I think) kept the room looking great and left really messages during our stay.
This is an amazing place to stay and there are so many things to do close by. The baseball stadium is literally next door, the football stadium is with walking distance and there A TON of things to do in between! The breakfast was great, we went both mornings we were there. The rooftop bar was very nice with great views. All staff were super friendly and helped with anything we needed. Room 632 was amazing and I cannot wait to go back!
Guest services is always willing to help refresh your towels and trash if you don’t want full housekeeping. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only annoying thing is the location with respect to food - getting food delivery can take a long time as it doesn’t seem there are many deliverers downtown during the week.
Rooms are very modern and clean. The decor is sparse but good quality. My one complaint would be more shelves or drawers. Free coffee in the am was good. The location is awesome. Next to Reds stadium and down the block from the Bengals hard to beat. The banks area is full of restaurants and bars. Lots of choices. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Cincy.
Excellent location in the Banks District , right across the street from the ballpark, and around the corner from several bars/restaurants.
Room 304 had nice view of river and stadium outfield concourse. The decor is modern and identical to other AC locations we’ve stayed. Very clean. Nice lobby . Valet service was excellent. Will definitely attempt to stay here if back for a game
