My stay at the AC hotel was fantastic! Everyone we met from the stay was amazing! From the engineer to the bartender to the breakfast staff! I also want to recognize Emily from the front desk. She was absolutely outstanding on our check in and was so helpful throughout our stay! I would recommend and stay at this hotel again!
Smaller hotel one block off Michigan Avenue shopping. 8 floors. Spacious bar and breakfast area on 4th floor. Pool and workout room. Restaurant was closed. We were in a large handicapped room with smooth floor and easily accessible roll-in shower. Attentive and friendly staff. Parking garage attached and worth using with in and out privileges. Two caveats...there was no bellboy help with luggage, though a staff member finally did help me roll up to room. We were able to get help upon departure as well. Noisy location. many restaurants, grocery, drug store within short walk.
Mixed feeling about this hotel.
Prime location in the middle of the city with a lot of attraction and dining. The staff at Lobby is very friendly. The room is pretty clean but too modern for our taste. There are no drawers except for 2 small ones by the safe or closets and every thing is in the open. Not enough lighting. The bed was comfortable. Too many loud people in neighboring rooms. House keeping missed our room first day but once texted the hotel they took care of it.
Very nice hotel with its own self-parking garage, so it is very convenient for people who may need to drive in and out frequently. The location is great, close to pretty much everything while relatively less crowded and quiet. The room is nice, the service is good, as you can see in my pictures I brought my bike into the room :)
We had an amazing time here.
Good work out facilities, small but has what you need. The pool is small, 3.5ft all the way around.
Lots of space, lounge is amazing.
But our favorite part of the day is breakfast. Patrick was amazing! My son is an early riser (like 530) and Patrick let us know under 5 eats free and that he had food ready a bit early so he could go get what he needed. Edit: once breakfast opened, we were still waiting on my daughters and husband to wake up, and Patrick offered a latte, made sure I knew about the hot breakfast and took great care of us. I almost cried getting to just sit so early in the morning!! Wish we had a larger tip to give to this great man!!
Brayden ate more breakfast food than normal! And had an amazing day because of it.

We stayed at this Mariott and the staff made an incredible difference! They were friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay a great one. I’ve stayed at many Mariotts, and this team was the best. Thank you!
The location is great. Like perfect if you just want to walk to get around and not uber. The staff is super sweet and helpful. The room was great too, however, they need to pay attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. The surfaces etc were way too dusty
Terribly overpriced. Paid 559 per night. The reservation showed "Breakfast Included" but when I got there, they told me breakfast was not included. Then I got a receipt that said "Room Package Breakfast for 1". I did not get a refund. The TV is terribly outdated. I haven't seen a TV like that in years. The only good thing is that the area is nice and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the magnificent mile starts close by. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The value for the price was disappointing.
