Gave them a 5 all the way down! The rooms are very, very clean! The bar tender Tatiana was amazing! You can park your car there and they will give you a ride to the tram which goes to the airport. They will even pick you up there after you fly back to get your car. Everyone was very nice.
The rooms are clean and quiet despite the proximity to the airport. The beds were very comfortable. Know that although it is one of the gateway hotels that you can walk to from the sky train, it is about a half mile walk. They offer a shuttle from the sky train if you call. But it is not that close like the Renaissance or Marriott. As long as isn’t raining the walk isn’t bad after being on a plane.
Rooms are clean. Showers are narrow and toilets should be rotated 90° because one could bang their head on sink counter when attempting to sit. The should be more signage to direct people to hotel after getting off sky train. It feels hidden behind other hotels. Most of that can forgiven because of their outstanding and hospitable service. I felt like family on arrival.
Typical room for an AC, well set up and everything seemed new. Comfortable bed and pillows and very quiet inside. Staff was excellent, plenty of space in the lobby and the bartenders were wonderful. Had dinner one night and the food was good and came out quick. Parking is easy and there were a good number of electric car chargers. Close to the train that runs from the domestic terminal to the rental car center. Really great all around I’d go out of my way to stay here again. On par with the Kimpton Overland but much easier to access from the airport.
Long layover at Atlanta airport. Arrived from international flight with a 13hour layover wanted food in my belly and some sleep and this was a perfect choice! Check in was easy. Room was clean and quiet. Lobby has a nice little bar and offers some nice food options. Dinner was a great long Island and wife had red wine along with th ACClub sandwich and chicken pot stickers. Food was hot and very tasty. Hotel is newer with modern good sized rooms. Good room darkening curtains. All the modern great conveniences. Comfy bed. Nice walk in shower. Plenty of room in bathroom. Loved it! Great choice for anyone wanting rest.
Great hotel. Location is right on the tram from the airport. Food was decent. Room was well appointed and quite with being so close to the airport. Firm bed. Rainfall shower. Housekeeping on point. Flight crews stay here so you know it is good!
As a Bonvoy Platinum member I chose a $10 breakfast credit as my benefit for the 2 rooms I booked. The front desk informed me that $10 would be removed from each bill. I reminded the front desk about this before checking out.
Disappointingly, they did not apply the breakfast credits. I have called the hotel twice and spoken with the front desk. On both occasions I was assured that someone would resolve this and call me back. This has not happened, so the hotel still owes me money.
On a different note, the rooms were cold when we arrived and the heating didn't work. It was late so I did not contact the front desk.
Great hotel. It is a 5 minute walk to the sky train or ride the hotel shuttle. The rooms are very nice. Beds and pillows were so comfortable! Food is available in the bar area and it was good. Clean.
