This restaurant serves high quality food and the service is outstanding. Menu, flavor and Portions are just right. I went there to get guacamole, which was fresh but pre-made. I would expect to be prepared on the table with fresh avocados. The rest was perfect and delicious. Priscila was above and beyond . Def recommend this place
Very delicious and incredible food and drink selections. I loved their Charros beans and loaded smashed potatoes with chile.
Sirloin Steak and Beef Enchiladas are amazing. The interior is spacious and pleasant.

Our first time at Abuelo's in Hunter's Creek area. Mexican dishes were very delicious and plentiful. The atmosphere was very cozy and nice. Our table was in the plaza as though you were outside. John our server made the night. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable of the menu. We will certainly recommend this location to our family & friends when they are in the Orlando area. We will certainly return when we are in the area next. Toronto, Canada.
Food was subpar, to say the least.
Sangria was store bought straight from the bottle. My husband and I both had heartburn and disappointment after this meal. Tamales were bland and tasted stale. Would not return.

Took my mom out to this place. It's been years since I have been here but the food is as good as I remember. The decor is nice and it has good atmosphere. It's a little more upscale then your average mexican restaurant but still affordable. I have to say I have had better food for less money. All in all it was a good lunch.
The Atmosphere is Outstanding. The Service is Second to none. Great Service from Daniel, Michael L. Is a fantastic Host and Bartender, Very Attentive. Juan Andino the Kitchen Manager came out to meet me and Tywan Bowser as well. I Highly recommend Abuelos. The Bathrooms and Dining area are spotless. I toured the kitchen which is immaculate.

Wow! Anyone who follows my reviews, knows it takes a lot to impress us. We finally tried Abuelo's for an early dinner on Saturday. We both love Mexican food. This place put some interesting spins on the normal TexMex and it was all delicious.
They give you 3 different salsas with your complimentary chips. A sweet citrusy Verde, regular which was very good and a smokey hot. The 3 dip appetizer spared us from having to choose which one to try and they serve them with pork rinds. I had the taco salad which was like nachos in a bowl and not at all soggy like a lot of them can be. Hubby has their grande platter which was so large we could have split it. Everything we tried was very flavorful and often surprised us at how good all the flavors complimented each other.
Christina was our server and the bartender for the whole restaurant. She never skipped a beat. Extremely friendly and attentive. Our drinks were refilled before we could run out which was often since we were eating spicy foods. The food came out amazingly fast and everything was hot.
We wished we lived closer because we would probably go very often. Highly recommended.
