This restaurant is a true gem in Houston! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast here is hands-down the best Middle Eastern breakfast I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Every bite was perfection!
The hookah experience was equally incredible. The flavors were smooth and rich, creating the perfect vibe for a relaxing meal.
I have to give a special mention to the exceptional Algerian water—her hospitality was beyond words. She welcomed us with the biggest smile, made sure we were comfortable, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. She truly sets this place apart.
If you’re in Houston and looking for a place that serves amazing food, great hookah, and outstanding service, this is the spot! Highly recommend!
It was my first visit, I was excited and ready to go try other dishes! First, the smoothies are all natural fruit options that you can taste. I have tried shawarma at a handful of places, and here is my favorite!!! The flavor and authenticity are unmatched. My husband is from Saudi and had a nostalgic reminder of home visiting the establishment.
The salads are the best.. The food overall is just good and the service is acceptable.. nice place to do remote work, study or just hang out..

If you can't afford a plane ticket to the Middle East, your taste buds can still travel to Lebanon. Abu Ali offers a great deal of authentic Lebanese dishes, dessert, and, hookahs. I went to Abu Ali with my family on a weekend and was immediately welcomed in, the servers were very polite and attentive. I ordered a classic Chicken Tawook with a side of fries. The chicken was well-grilled, mouthwatering, and, juicy. There also was an additional side of roasted pepper and grilled tomato. The fries were a perfect combination of crispy and soft, with just the right amount of salt. Even though, the restaurants ambience is outdated, it is seriously worth the visit!
I loved the place and the environment. Good service and the food was amazing. Totally recommended. My family is from Siria and since it’s a Lebanese place the food can be a little different than I’m used to, but still was good. I’ll come back soon.

Wonderful staff and well flavored foods, even the simple tea is fantastic with perfect amount of mint, shakshuoka is authentic as well!
Wow! What an amazing combo that they served. They made my night. Old and extremely stinky rice along with completely raw chicken. Was so appetizing that I instantly trashed it. They introduced me to an advanced version of stale food! I wish they keep doing the great work so they could shut down a lot sooner than expected.
