Staff is terrible I've been seeing doctor kazim last two years . They have always called me if I need a follow up . Well went to refill my high blood pressure medicine week and half later still no refill. Called office they said deind because no follow up and the earliest they could get me in is a month from now . Asked if they could write me enough medicine till my appointment they said no . Now you tell me if this office truly cared about their patients you think they would let them run out of high blood pressure medicine. They put my life at risk this place is a joke don't let them do you the same . They are always busy and the nurse i spoke to was rude she just said I could find another doctor like it was no big deal . I have filled a complaint against them . The place is not good for primary care. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for all your medical needs. I encourage anyone else that has been done wrong by this place get in contact with me. I can show you how to file proper complaints and get something done .
Megan RN was 100% amazing. Late night trip with kiddo- fever and all the symptoms.we showed up eight before the closed and yet didn’t blink an eye. The service was fast and informative. Megan seriously embodied the concept of nursing with her care. We appreciate it so much!
I scheduled an appointment for same day. Waited about an hour, but they were busy so no big deal. They did some test got my daughter diagnosed and out the door with what we needed. Very professional and listened to all my concerns.

We made an appt online for my four year old, it was easy and had plenty of time slots available. The check in process was fast and easy. Our nurse Megan and provider Amber Lavender were FANTASTIC. We will be back!
It starts at the front desk with Soncy. She is very professional and caring. Not only for me but my brief wait in the waiting room it was with every patient. Than i met Ashley and she was very polite and professional. She went out of her way to explain everything. I have had both Amber's the nurse practitioner's. Super impressed with the whole staff will recommend to everyone. This place is amazing. They really care about people.
So I have a bite on my calf and I checked this morning and the only appointment available was 330 pm but I remembered seeing that they take walk- ins so I was here when they opened to be told rudely that they are booked and it might take a while to fit me in. My response well at least I will be here if my leg gets worse. I think that is so rude. Don’t advertise it you don’t honor it.. Rude
went in this tuesday after being sick since sunday. saw a doctor with shoulder length brown hair and glasses and she looked me over and tested me for the flu. i tested negative and she just brushed off how awful i was feeling and told me it had to be some viral bug or just drainage. i knew something was wrong then but i brushed it off cause i figured a doctor knows bests. two days later on a whim i took a covid test after still feeling awful and tested positive. insane to me that with all my symptoms that very clearly should have pointed to covid that i had to find out on my own two days later. needless to say that doctor clearly has no idea what she’s doing and needs to be evaluated or something. she’s putting people’s lives in DANGER by ignoring her patients.
