My nails came out beautiful, the girl really took her time perfecting them! I would advise going with time in your hands but the job was awesome. Im definitely switching salons to come here
Amy is amazing! I absolutely love her. She gets the work done really fast and always meets my expectations. I've been getting my nails done by her for a year now, and I can only say great things about her work.
I had the absolute worst experience ever! I was there on the 20th of July to get Chrome nails. Within 3 days, my polish to chip. When I spoke with the nail tech, I was told that someone will contact me, buf did. I went back on the 27th to find out why I was never called. The Manager asked me what did i need them to do. I told him to take my old chipped nails off. He went to the back and never came back. I ended up paying for them to take it off of which should have been done as a courtesy. Very unprofessional. I paid $75 and it didn't last a week. Poor Customer Service! Please beware and don't waste your time ladies!
Sadly I will NO LONGER be a regular customer. Here’s why….i have been coming here for 3 years and I use to deal with Henry and Jon (when he was still working). I would occasionally request Amber. In the span of 3 years I have NEVER been charged to remove old gel when requesting a gel manicure. I have always paid $30 dollars for a gel manicure and today I was charged $37. I asked why? And Amber said oh because you had old gel we had to remove. Mind you -I came to them to get my prior gel mani. I’m sorry but it is INSANE to ask a customer to pay for old gel removal when I’m a regular customer -and that should be part of the service. PART OF A MANICURE IS CLEANING THE NAIL AND REMOVING OLD POLISH at zero additional cost since the manicure is $30 as is. My question is -what exactly are you charging me $30 for if not for removing old polish, cutting filing and placing new polish with UV light??? Anyways, I said to AMBER… Henry has always charged me $30 and she decided to look at me like I was crazy and said “that’s always been the price”. I said “no it has not. I have been coming to you guys for over 3 years I know what I pay when I come in”. I paid the price and said I would no longer be returning. I’m seriously disgusted. What’s next do you plan to charge for acetone ? Henry-sadly you lost a regular customer over $7 dollars over charge. I hope it was worth it.
All the nail techs do great work. Cherry, always does the best work for me, but I know there are other great techs there as well. Unique designs and beautiful colors.They are working with me to help me grow out my natural nails. Thank you Absolute Nails.
Absolutely disappointed in this, I’ve been to here in the past but never again will I be coming back. I went in for a simple removal gel and clean up on my toe nails and she rushed through the service and left me with this. It looks like someone chewed them off. And she had dropped the nail file on the floor and picked it back up and used it. As someone who has their cosmetology license I know it’s illegal and unsanitary to do that. Ladies stay aware from chop shops like this one.
I’ve been going to Cindy for the past few months and have had a great experience each time! I always leave very happy with my nails - she does a great job. The salon is always clean and there are lots of color options. Definitely recommend
Mi na was absolutely a professional, I walk in with bad looking feet and my feet look so smooth and beautiful, will definitely go see her again,I’m so delighted with her work.
