I had a great experience at Absolute Dental, my wife and I had appointments and the customer service was on point. Quality employees, We felt comfortable and like we were old friends with the staff. Dr. Iman Was exactly what I needed in my dentist, smart, helpful, he made me feel very comfortable and I understood what was going on each phase of my appointment.
The staff here is incredible. They are always super busy, but I never feel like I'm being rushed out. They take time to answer any questions or address concerns. My first visit was due to a dental emergency, but I chose to stay because of the 5 star service!! I highly recommend.
Polite, professional, competent. Dr Iman and Lauren provided exceptional service— squeezing me in for a cleaning in addition to my checkup. I just felt like they knew what they were doing and were pleasant ….and most importantly exuded competence and confidence. Thx!
I went in for a standard cleaning. I was a new patient so did the exams and everything. Once everything was done I was given a bill of $250! I have great insurance that should have cover the cost of the cleaning under preventive care. The x-rays were only $50 so I have no clue where the extra $200 came from. Not only that but I was there for 2 hours. Total waste of money and time. Don't come here
Dr.Iman and Dr. Hock team are superb !!! I am so afraid of the dentist and they both teams took top notch care of me. I’m so grateful for everyone in both offices as I have been to both. I highly recommend them for your dental work. I came in as a stranger and now I am a long time client . They are professional and above most curiosity. Thank you for my new smile !!! Love ya guys
Very friendly, helpful, and informative staff. I was very pleased with my first visit. I look forward to the next few visits, and I feel confident all will go well with the upcoming oral surgery.
Today was my first visit and I have been to many many businesses over my lifetime and liked very few but today I felt very comfortable and very informed and looking forward to getting the work done that I need, the staff are very friendly and I like a doctor who can look you in the eye when he's speaking to you and that I appreciate more than anything just the little things make a difference
False advertising. Found a deal for $69 x-rays, exam and cleaning. When I arrived for my appointment they told me it would be over $300 and they do not have a hygienist on site so cleaning is a different appointment. I told her that I explicitly asked the person I was speaking with on the phone the cost of service and was assured that, yes, this was their promotional $69 deal. The office said that this happens often and they have no control over what the call center is promising. A waste of time. It’s not so much about the extra money as it is that I feel they were not transparent with pricing and misleading in their advertising. Go read their reviews on yelp and the complaints on BBB. Pretty bad.
