I had an appointment with absolute. The dentist and the staff there are supper friendly, informative and very professional. They did there jobs in a timely manner. I moved to Carson from Reno and needed a new dentist. I decided on Absolute Dental since it was close to my home and because I’m a senior that makes it easier on me. I have been there over the last 3 years for checkups and cleanings. The staff are very pleasant and professional. Richard does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Carpenter is professional and seems competent. I will continue to go to them for my dental needs.
My co-worker recommended Absolute Dental to me so I knew this had to be a good place to go. I was nervous at first, the thought of a crown scared me as I had unfinished work done for a crown I started several years ago. Dr. Carpenter exceeded my expectations. He is friendly, yet professional, explains all procedures and always made sure that I was at ease. I feel confident in knowing I am getting the best care possible. Thank you Dr. Carpenter!
I went in today to get my wisdom teeth and cavity removed. Come to find out their new system did confirm with me, so they changed my appointment to 6, so I got to go at 3. Only to find out that I was getting another check-up, which I was there the first time for this was my second time, so I starved myself the whole day and waited four hours js sit in a room for 20 minutes and get checked up again. Never going here again.
My Dentist has gone above & beyond for me in the past. Today was no different. I had an x-ray & there was NO pain.The girls in front got all of my information for my procedure & got the approval from my insurance before I left. Medicare is taking care of almost $800 so I only have to pay $50.00, now that's a deal & I'm thrilled!! I would recommend THIS Dentist & THIS Dental Office to everyone!!! ????????
Love my new dentures. Everyone at Absolute Dental in Carson City Nevada were AMAZING . Its a process to get new dentures but they made it so easy. My dentist was awesome and all his angels were so cheerful and helpful.
I will never go anywhere else.

I was scheduled for an exam, x-rays and dental cleaning, I got the exam and x-rays but no dental cleaning, the hygienist called in sick, rescheduled for the next day, then that appointment was canceled too. Calling to reschedule - no one is answering the phone. On my previous appointment months ago I had an appointment that they made, when I showed up they said I didn't have an appt. even though I had an appointment card that they filled out, so I was rescheduled. Still haven't gotten my teeth cleaned, I guess I'm going to have to take my business else where.
Staff was friendly and I was seen pretty quickly. Dr. Carpenter was very kind and helpful by explaining all my options. Definitely look forward to my future visits.
