Everyone was nice and great bedside manner. The receptionist was nice. The young lady that did my x-rays was nice, the hygienist was very good and l like that fact that she was so gently. The doctor was great also. If you haven't been here before you should give them a try.
Today I had an appointment with Dr. Chin. It was my first time meeting him and becoming a patient of his. Dr. Chin was so welcoming and and his staff were all very nice . They made me feel so comfortable. Dr. chin has a great hand . He extracted an old crown and I did not feel a thing ! Also, he’s a Native New Yorker like myself . That made it so nice !
From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everybody was so professional and so nice. Dalia was so professional. The hygienist Makenze love her knowledge. And the doctor was great!! Moving here and finding a new dentist wasn’t easy. Finally found my family’s new dental office. Thank you
My 7 yr old Daughter would like to leave this review: My visit was fine but the wait was super long. my dentist was very nice and silly.
As mentioned in other reviews, their billing is egregiously bad. Our servicing dentists and staff were kind and thorough, but our billing issues were threefold:
They don't tell you that something they are doing (fluoride) during a routine cleaning is not covered until you are paying. This could fall on me - insurance is a mire.
They have issues billing insurance (which, holy lord, is already a dumb system) where three people, with the same insurance, are all charged different amounts for the same cleaning. Then they send you a bill - after agreeing to take your insurance for a service that should be completely covered.
Finally, when checking your coverage for things like invisalign they quote inaccurate amounts, failing to read your benefits correctly.
Be sure to read your explanation of benefits and be ready to talk to a poor soul in Absolute Dental billing who is just going to repeat the same thing to every question you ask.
Won't use them again and recommend you don't either.
The staff is friendly and they are very punctual. The Dentist was kind and informative, all in all a great appointment for my child.
This is one of the best dentist's offices I've ever been to. Everyone, from the front office to the doctor, is kind, helpful and understanding. Stephanie, Claudia, Lydia, Agnes, Dr. Chin, and everyone else; you're all such awesome people, and I thank you for everything.
I always feel like you care. And in the three years I've been coming here, I've never sat more than a few minutes in the waiting room, even when I show up unexpectedly. Thank you much!
SEAMLESS: 10 STAR SERVICE!! From start to finish, my Consult with the Endodontist was great. The Absolute Dental office on Farm Road & Durango was pleasant and well prepared. I was scared, can't remember names, but the traveling Endodontist and her assistant/hygienist had my X-Ray's up and ready upon my entrance. I have/had problems in 4 areas in my mouth ( 1 extraction on each side at the top near wisdom teeth and same in the back bottom row) and the pain was excruciating. She / Endodontist tested troubled areas and assessed. I asked her if it were her mouth, what would she have done. I was on my way within 2 hours, out the door. Dr. Chen and his Hygienist did the extraction and added material / bone so that putting in Implants would be easier and ready.Pulling teeth is not an easy thing when your mouth is small, but they too, did an excellent job. ** I ONLY WISH I HAD TAKEN PICTURES, but do know, for a small office, they pack a real professional 10-STAR punch!!
