After Covid it basically allowed me to get back on my feet. We'll it's true there are bug in several of the apartments. Office manger does nothing about so call rules and after the smoke of cigarettes, numerous complaints has fell on death ear it's time to move,need new mangerment
Found a (pipe) on a shelf a few days after getting there. tonight i found a needle lodged in the dresser crease with a paper taped to the inside of the dresser. and dirty washrags left everywhere. No cleaning is ever done. Sheets had what were hoping was coffee stains on it. Been here 2 weeks and night 1 the maintenance guy said hes not fixing our tv because its "not important ". Guess its a good thing we don't care for it???? all around worst place ive ever stayed. For 300 a week tho? Cant really beat that around here.
The owners are very nice and don't bother you. The rooms are not the best, told the office five days ago about a mouse being in the room they still have not gave me a mouse trap, pest control came told me he would bring me a mouse trap never did.....the black man that lives on property swears he owns the property he sits in his room and watches the cameras he has outside his room I feel violated. I had food delivered and he came out talking about no visitors after 7, no one was visiting I was getting food dropped off, someone knocked on my door and proceeded to leave bags outside my room so he kicked me out and told me I was no longer welcomed here. He's very rude and disrespectful!! The owners need to get rid of him because he's running all the customers away!!!
They have roaches and the room looked like they just threw it together. All the dresser inside were gone. They have limited parking but still reserve spots for people. The guy that was there was very rude.
This place is horrible! The rooms look nothing like the picture, they stink, have mold and bugs on the floors, towels and bedding are dirty, and the tv doesn't work. We immediately asked for our money back and the lady refused. She gave us another disgusting room. We ended up going to a different place for the night without a refund. I don't know how anyone have them a decent review.
Accompanied my husband on a business trip, so I got to spend a lot more of the day time in the hotel. Stayed for 5 nights. Our room was very close to the elevators, but the room was still very quiet. Each member of the staff is genuinely wanting to make your stay pleasant, and they are all very friendly. Housekeeping is amazing, the gentleman working in the bar area at night was extremely aware of what was going on, and the front desk staff is some of the best I've encountered. I got a sneak peek at their new room remodels - and WOW!! They are beautiful. Those of you coming after this is done are in for a treat. Warm colors, outlets and USB ports everywhere. Walk in shower in the King room was huge. We will definitely be back.

First of all, the photos are misleading. It doesn’t look like the photos.
I reserved a room online, drove 40 minutes just to be told all rooms are used and they had no room for me. They reserve rooms without even looking and then offer our reserved rooms to walk ins! Waited in the office for half an hour for anyone to even talk to us. There were several people waiting with me in the small room. Horrible customer service, the owner was extremely rude when telling me he had no place for me.
Old !! needs updating! And the one EMPLOYEE thinks he's the owner I've even seen him bully the older owner he's mean and rude they need to fire him and they'd most likely be able to update

If you're looking for a nice little cheap room the Grand Prairie Inn is a nice place and they're only $45 cash and $5 key fee which you get back when you check out make sure you take cash though they don't take credit cards and you have to be out at checkout time that's a monster but they're nice people
