I felt in very competent hands, and I was treated like a human, rather than a number. Also, as an overweight woman, I never felt shamed. The front desk was kind and genuine and very hard working, juggling several patients at a time. The two assistants who took my vitals and basic information were very efficient and kind. The doctor showed up quickly, and she has such a great presentation of person, I was instantly comforted and treated with respect and due diligence. I left feeling very happy and relieved, even with upcoming tests.
The receptionist was a little special. She stated yo me that I should smile on purpose. I did understand the reasoning for her to say that. She can use some customer service training. Everyone else made my appointment professional with kindness. Love my Doctor.
I have been a patient here over 10 years. Overall I have been happy with doctors but the rest of services are questionable. I recently had my annual check up and my doctor recommended a simple procedure to improve an issue. I left a message to surgical scheduler but she never returned my call. I called the office for assistance, and was told that I have to leave a voice message to the same person who does not return my call. I am switching my OB/GYN for the first time in 10 years because I do not have time or patience to call multiple times to do one thing.
I love the both the Lorton and Stafford offices. I’ve had great experiences at both places, especially Lorton. The office staff does a great job at being friendly and providing a relaxing environment. As for doctors, I would say the female ones I’ve had have been pretty informative, competent, and caring. As for Woodbridge office, it’s ok but it can get a little crowded. And it’s not easy to get to either.
Dr. Ajala and staff are awesome! Very professional, personable, and caring! I was kept well informed during my entire process, before and after surgery. If I ever have another issue, I will be a returning patient!
The visit was okay. Dr. Hall was through with me and all my questions, when he abruptly said okay see you in a week and walked out I can tell he had about enough of me. My normal doctor has never cut me short like that but it’s okay. My concerns should not be perceived as complaints when I’m so far along and I don’t like when a doctor tries to minimize my pain level as if they have had children before. Overall, could have been better, but I’m grateful to have been seen.
My wife has a post pregnancy depression, and had an appointment here today that she was waiting for her 45 days check up, but by coming few minutes late the entire appointment is cancelled and rescheduled!
Why the front desk is not using common sense based judgement when they cancel an appointment. The front desk today was a rude lady, and also I feel my wife was wearing head scarf that’s why she faced this way of behavior. Meanwhile if something happens to my wife I will sue this lady on the front desk and the entire business that’s my promise. Before there was another lady and we never faced any issue. My recommendation to the management: plz hire polite and professional people so your business can survive. I know many people coming here and I am going to tell all of them this what happened today with my wife.
I have been to Woodbridge and Lorton so far and both offices have very friendly staff and offices are easy to get to. Np Colleen Slevin is amazing, she is very kind, comfortable to talk to and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and eased my fears regarding the paraguard iud. I have now had it for a month now and it’s been a great experience so far.
