ANA is a wonderful place to go if someone you love is having neurological problems. The doctor in charge of my father’s treatment is caring and attentive. Since day one, every office employee has been remarkably nice, thoughtful and accommodating to me and my family. I am always impressed at how smoothly their operation functions. We are lucky to have the opportunity to be treated here.
If I could give zero starts I could. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I waited over 4 months for my appointment only to be call 2 hrs prior to my appointment to let me know I would not be able to be seen here because I have been in a car accident in the past. My migraine started well before this accident but was told my insurance will just revert it to my accident??? How can u require pts to submit new patient paper work and then wait till an hr before they arrive at the office to look at it? This place is an absolute joke and waste of time. The staff only offers half heart apologizes when calling and tried to prevent the manager from having to be bothered. They obviously only care about it profits and not patients! I would be ashamed to work in such a facility
My rheumatologist referred me to this office to see Dr. Factor specifically. I've had nothing but great interactions with the staff and the Dr. Notably, he listened to my symptoms and actively proposed ideas about how to isolate the underlying issue. Moreover, he responds to messages and is supportive between visits if I have questions or concerns. I have never once been dismissed or told something "wasn't his area." Being a private practice, it also seemed a little easier to get in rather than when I tried to schedule at Penn or Jefferson, and I would say the Drs. here are very invested in maintaining a high standard of care.
Just want to say, I had a great experience from the front desk staff all the way until I saw Dr. Li, The staff was very friendly accommodating, and Dr. Li listened to all of my concerns and addressed each very thoroughly, and this gave me so much reassurance! Very greatful because a neurology office can be scary thank you very much!
I have been bring my wife here for the past 8months I have nothing but praise for the front staff. Working with a schedule that works perfect for our needs. They have gone above and beyond expectations
This is very upsetting for me to give such a bad review. My husband has had 2 appointments from this office cancelled after being confirmed twice this is months in advance. He suffers from Parkinson's and I have to take the day off for him to make these appointments. This is very frustrating for him when he relies on getting the help and support he needs though these appointments to help him manage with this disease.
Dr. Li was very thorough and answered my questions. I was seen in a timely manner. Staff is great.
My wife has been under their care for a year and the entire practice is wonderful.
