Best WLM Reviews

Have eaten here at least a half dozen times. The ambience is great. Suggest a reservation although we have been there several times without.
This latest visit we had the pappardelle bolognese and the sirloin steak salad. We had a spicy margarita and the winter martini. Everything was great.
The waitstaff was on point and took great care of us. We went on Saturday at noon. A great experience!
The best French Onion Soup I have ever had. First time I eat this soup and its not a bowl of salt. I was very pleased with the interior, the service and the food. I would give 100 star rating if I could.
My husband and I are regulars at this restaurant. We’ve been coming here for years and even had our wedding reception dinner here. The building is beautiful, classic New England. They always decorate perfectly for the holidays. The staff are well trained, friendly and professional. Last night our waitress Emma did a fabulous job tending to our dinner. The food is delicious too. We are never disappointed at Abigail’s.
Cozy outdoor seating, great lunch menu. Had the Chatham cod and sirloin salad with day boat scallops. Yum! Abby, our server, was very kind and pleasant. Thank you for a great experience ???? we'll definitely be back to Abigail's
I really wish I could give them a 4.5 and not a 4. The service was good, atmosphere is spot on du to the extremely beautiful historical "haunted" house, and the menu is changing pretty often, giving you reason to come back. I'll definitely give it a try again in the future, just not going to go for a steak, it was rather chewy, bland, and very expensive. Everything else was perfect though!
5.17.23 Every time we drive by, we see the parking lot packed, so we decided to try this restaurant. The last time I was here was over 15 years ago. Staff was very polite, and service was quick and efficient. We were greeted, seated, and had our drinks very quickly. The apps and entrees came out fast, hot, and the presentation was good. The flavors of the dishes were superb. We asked for one dish to be spicier upon ordering, and it came out exactly how we requested it. The rolls were soft, and everything was just delightful. This is a wonderful place for a good meal, work meeting, date night, to celebrate an event, just about anything. We were also told this place may be haunted. Cool! On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, they offer half-price bottles of wine and prefix meal options. So again, it's a great reason to go back.
After previously having good lunch experiences at Abigail’s, my husband and I decided to have our wedding rehearsal dinner there. The price was reasonable. We had around 25-30 guests in their upstairs space. It was a nice setting for it and guests enjoyed hearing about the history of Abigail’s. They gave us options to pick from a banquet menu. It is different from their regular menu. We were able to choose 2 salads, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts. They also offered add-on appetizers. The appetizers and dinner were good. We had no complaints from guests. My husband and I look forward to going back for another meal in the future.
We had a wonderful experience at Abigail's in Simsbury last Friday night. Despite the restaurant being busy, they were incredibly accommodating of our large party of 7 following a wake. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable evening.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy fireplace and inviting decor. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the appetizers, which were perfectly sized for sharing.
Overall, we highly recommend Abigail's for a delicious meal and a welcoming atmosphere. Their accommodating staff and delicious food make it an excellent choice for any occasion.
