Good old average taco joint. The food was ok, nothing special. The facility was pretty, well, let's just say it wasn't clean. I took a look in the kitchen while ordering and I hope this review reaches someone who can do something about it because if it wasn't the end of the night and the only place open I would've gone somewhere else. I was surprised it passed code, if it did.... I didn't stay to finish my meal because there were a lot of folks riding bikes checking out my truck with tools in the back. This place has a lot of room for improvement.
Breakfast burritos are deceptively big. The majority is comprised mostly of old fries, which overpower everything and very little protein (Egg and Meat). It gets points for being one of the few places open so early, but that's about it. Standard atmosphere and service but the food is not so great.
Doordashed nachos from them paid $56 for 3 tacos and a nacho and this was the nacho i got. Called the restaurant they did nothing to help told me to contact doordash even though it was their mistake, doordash offered me $5 as a credit even though they cost $15 plus $12 in fees to order from here. I would avoid ordering from here at least through doordash.
Great food and service. Went there twice on a short trip to Salem. Wait time max 6 min. A lady cook in the kitchen was singing to the radio.. perfect atmosphere vibe
Food was OK. Ordered chicken fajitas combo. It didn't taste anything like fajitas more like just chicken mixed with veggies no spice, seasoning, but it was fine. Oregon burrito was good. Asked for extra green sauce, the lady did not disappoint.
Got sick for the second time, this time i stopped by to see the kitchen afterward - not clean, and i saw a giant rat outside near the outdoor seating. Ive heard good things about this place but it seems to be slipping. Service is always great, just needs to be kept cleaner and maybe call an exterminator.
I love the food from here but, I wonder if the owners know how rude some of their cashiers are. Even if want ask something they stare at u like ur dumb and roll their eyes. This is very frustrating I'm giving you money I'm not asking for anything for free. That's how they make you feel. Also my orders are always wrong. Please speak to your employees this restaurant shouldn't feel like a hostile environment.
It’s fast Mexican food…nothing spectacular but not bad, either. We ordered it to go and ate at home. We split everything so we sampled 4 different things. We started with the rolled tacos which were fairly bland. Next we had carnitas tacos. These were tastier! I would order them again. After the tacos we moved onto a carne asada burrito. It, too, was good. Lastly, chicken quesadilla. Unfortunately, this took us back to bland.
Their verde salsa was good so get extras of those!
