Rude and my pizza was burnt after waiting a whole hour….boyfriend was suppose to pay for pizza but had left to the store real quick because they were taking forever I apologized to the driver and told him to just give me a minute….he was polite, the owner was rude and was trying to rush me after I had told him a million times I’m sorry and he will be back soon! I’m not gonna run off with the pizza lol but don’t rush and take forever and then have us eat BURNT PIZZA THAT YOU WOULDNT EAT. Spent $42 on BURNT FOOD
High quality ingredients. We asked for a crispy crust and it was crispy! Service was good and high quality ingredients!
Our office ordered lunch from ABC Pizza House and it was delivered within the hour. This was my first time ordering from here and it was delicious! I highly recommend the Greek Salad. My coworkers shared a pizza and they said it was great!
DISGUSTING/COLD/SOGGY MANAGER WILL YELL AT YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN!!!!! I cannot believe my experience.. I ordered delivery (decent wait time) large buffalo chicken pizza and mozz sticks xtra sauce(was advised they were baked not fried) appreciated the heads up but my 3 year old loves them either way (normally). ... Got my food pizza was gross but edible (not wasting $18) (not even real chicken)... So i go to guve my kid her mozz sticks and they are cold soggy with no cheese left in them and sauce was half grease. Called to speak with manager (twice) waited 15 mins for a call back and the manager then proceeded to say if im going to complain about his food he wouldnt just send a small side salad because "i would just call and complain again" (MIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER CALLING THIS PLACE!)so when i asked him what he planned on doing he said he would refund the money ..i said i just want something for my child to eat he refused to send out anything else . TOLD IM TO KEEP THE MONEY I WILL BE REPORTING HIM. THIS IS ABSURD!!!BAD BUSINESS!!!!!
Pizza was completely burned and dry late delivery very unprofessional no more abc for me....
ABC pizza was amazing! My kids party was a success because of their delicious party size pizza! & I loved their grilled chicken salad. Great customer service! Management was great! Don't forget to tip:) Get ABC on New Britain Ave & thank me later!
Left from church hungry, me and my friend where hungry. We decided to look to a open place to go and eat. I decided let's go to ABC pizza. Place looks busy, people coming in to pick up their orders. We decided to try their Hawaii pizza . Max wait time was around 15 to 20 min. We decided to eat in and enjoy the pizza . Pizza was good . 4 slices were left and I decided to bring the rest home. I got up to ask for a box. I was given a box for the four slices and when I open the box, the first thing I seen a roach running around the box. I told the guy and gave the box back. He took the box back and sleep the box and gave me the b9x back. I was disgusted and won't be back. It was my first and last.
