Been here for 3 years for my kids, when Doctor Betsy was here ALL the staff was friendly, understanding and PROFESSIONAL! After the doctor left and all the staff my husband was the one coming to the visits with the kids because I work, came yesterday and before coming called in advance 3 weeks ago for my kids well visit and prescription refills, the person that took the call had the information, when I get out of the visit I noticed that the doctor didn't prescribe my kids, waiting in line to make a question the lady that is in the other window with the sick visits told me to go to the other side, I started explaining and this women interrupted me and then made me look bad because she said that I didn't specify, tried to explain to her and she literally belittle me saying that I'm the adult and that it was my responsibility to let the doctor know, told her that it was not my fault that the person that took the call only put my children for a well visit and not for refills, she said in a prepotent attitude that she will make the note in the system and IF the doctor was able to do it he would. I left because I'm a Lady and I work for customer service as an área manager and I didn't want to make this lady uncomfortable, today I came to look for my kids vaccinations records and this rude lady again cut my words looked at me as if I was trash rolled her eyes and said things in Spanish like she was fed up, I'm bilingual I know what you said and the meaning. Lady you should work in a ZOO not in a medical office! You're unprofessional, nasty, rude and cannot cover your disgust at public, I think is time to take my kids to a different place, I'm not willing to deal with a nasty attitude person, you don't pay for my children's services, DO YOUR JOB, SMILE AND BE PROFESSIONAL!!!! Is a shame that the nurses in the back have more manners than you. Definitely miss the ladies that used to be here, they were caring, charming and superb on customer service. 0 stars for your service.
It's obvious that they hired random folks they saw off the street to be their front desk people, because they are literal idiots and honestly need to be put back in a middle school. Also THE DOCTOR TOLD me my son was fine when he can in with a rash and thankfully I didn't believe him and went to a different hospital because they found out he was having a skin infection. HIS SKIN WAS literally molding off and the doctor looked at it and said it was normal.
Maybe if if the front lady in the sick side was not rude maybe we would be going there also the nurses were the best one there so next time keep your rudeness at home if I could give this zero stars I would but this stars are only for the nurses
Unfortunately never made it finalizing the appointment to be able to provide feedback on services. However, while attempting to set an appointment. I was place on hold initially for 4 minutes 26 seconds. That is with a "Hello, please hold". Without the music I would have thought I was hung up on. Next, while attempting to set a new patient appointment, not only was system reported as "slow", our insurance couldn't be found, then she wanted to call me back, so she could translate for someone. I felt as though I was less important and not valued during my ENTIRE conversation. Needless to say, during this 10 minutes conversation nothing was accomplished and LESS THAN 5 minutes after getting off of the phone with this location, I have an appointment placed and insurance was immediately found with a DIFFERENT pediatrician!!
Dr. F was very rude and wouldn’t even let me talk and kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain the problems my son was having. Basically told me he was fine and shove me out the door after talking with us for five minutes. Didn’t even care what I had to say about anything. The nurses and the staff there were very nice but that doctor does not need to deal with people because he could care less and I just felt like he was collecting a paycheck. Do not recommend!!
I scheduled my kids doctors appointment for the 15 of August and when I showed up they told me oh well I don’t see them in the system for a appointment this is crazy I will never try to have my kids seen here again
We have been going to this office for about the past 5 years. Back then, I had nothing bad to say about this place. Bottom line, Dr. Farooqi is amazing. If he had better staff and a cleaner office, there would be no problems. I have 3 children that attend this office. My experience with my baby is what is causing me to switch doctors. I have been to this office 4 or 5 times now with my baby. Each time, I have seen a different doctor, even though they made me call the insurance to have Dr. Farooqi listed as the primary before they would see my son for the third time. The first doctor said she was putting in a referral to get his tongue clipped because he is tongue tied. Never heard back about that referral. I asked Dr. Farooqi about it at the next appt, and he said that wouldn't be happening and it's something that may go away as he gets older. Okay, that's fine. This most recent appt, while in the waiting room, one of the ladies behind the front counter was cursing loud enough for us to hear. We were put in a room, low and behold, a different walks in. I ask why we are seeing her and not Dr. Farooqi, she states we were put under her schedule. We weren't okay with this as the frustration of different doctors telling us different things. We finally get a different room to see Dr. Farooqi after being there for an hour. We leave the door open because we are done waiting. The short hispanic lady comes in and is getting very snippy at me and calling me a liar about the doctors we have seen. When I explain the doctors, she remembers, but they no longer work there. (all while bobbing her head at me with an attitude) She also administered his shots without washing her hands or putting gloves on. She loves to look at herself in the mirror while talking to you about what you need to do after shots. We were packing up and getting ready to leave and she states we can make our next appt at the front desk. I state that won't be necessary because we won't be coming back. She says okay and recommended other doctor offices for us to go. As we were leaving, she made a point to stop us, and yell down the hallway how we can get his records from the front desk before we leave, as if she "won" in some sort of way. Very unprofessional. We were at the office for 90 minutes altogether, and only actually seen the doctor for 5 of those minutes.
Went in for a second opinion, dr.f was extremely rude. Told me if I didn’t like the answers that the dentist has given me find a new one cause he’s not going to go against someone else’s practice. All I was looking for was antibiotics to stop the infection, but refused to even look at the X-rays with images and written proof of 4 tooth abscesses since they came from another clinic. Was also told he’s fine since he sees nothing physically wrong and sent me off. Total waste of time. Front staff was great, that’s the only reason for the second star.
