Awesome clinic! They were able to squeeze my newborn in for a next day appointment. The registration was super easy with Ashley’s speedy assistance. NP Leo is amazing. Everyone has been very friendly. The clinic is also well kept! Really happy with this place.
They are great. My daughter hates the doctor office but loves it here. They are so very patient with her. Makes sure I understand everything going on and being done. I love that if her doctor isn't available there is always someone to see her that gives us the same energy.
After driving an hour to be seen in rainy and cold climates, calling and making the clinic aware that I would be running behind because of these conditions . My son was turned away and asked to reschedule because we were 5 minutes after the allowed 15 minute grace period. As a nurse myself, poor taste. I digress.
Note: I also waited in the lobby 10 minutes and filled out patient paperwork.
So happy I decided to return after years back to ABC Pediatrics! Not just the Doctors but all the staff actually care about your kids here! Could not ask for a better medical team in my opinion! Thank all of you for everything you do!
Love this pediatric clinic! Everyone is soo nice I’ve dealt with 3 doctors and they were all great, as well as the nurses and the receptionist Ashley, Erika, & Janie in the front are all so so nice and helpful!!! You guys are the best! Definitely recommend.
Quick service! The doctor had the same name as my daughter but besides that, she was very helpful and didn’t shrug off any of our concerns. We’ve been coming here for years now and I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon
We love this clinic. I’ve been bringing my daughter here for 2 years with Dr. Griselda Meza, and we always receive good care and attention. My daughter loves her pediatrician, and she always answers all of my questions. Dr. Griselda Meza always treats us well.
I am writing to formally express my concerns about the treatment I received during my recent appointment with Dr.Meza yesterday Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Meza was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.
During the visit, Dr. Meza displayed a rude and unprofessional demeanor when I attempted to ask questions regarding my child’s health. Despite my concerns, she failed to provide clear answers, which left me feeling confused and uncomfortable. Additionally, she rushed through the appointment without giving adequate attention to my child’s needs, further contributing to my discomfort.
As a parent, it is important to feel heard and understood, especially when it concerns the well-being of my child. Unfortunately, I did not receive this level of care during the appointment. I believe that every patient deserves to be treated with respect and attentiveness, which was lacking in this case.
I wrote this review because I want to make sure that other patients or parents do not experience the same level of discomfort.
