????????????
Sadly, this office has been quite deficient for a long time, and unfortunately, I will no longer be a patient (nor will my family and friends).
However, I've consulted many organizations, and I have a 100% success rate in turning them around into profitable businesses.
I'm happy to give advice to deficient and lackluster organizations; if for no other reason, that other customers/patients will not have endure sub par competence and performance.
The following is my free consultation:
Decreasing Wait Times
• Appointment Scheduling: Implement an efficient appointment scheduling system to reduce overbooking and minimize patient wait times (3 hours is a bit idiotic, lol. Especially when the office is empty).
• Streamlined Check-In Process: Utilize digital check-in systems to expedite the registration process and decrease waiting time at the front desk.
• Staff Optimization: Ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours to handle patient flow smoothly and minimize wait times. Ensure staff have proper training and sufficient competence / bare minimum competence.
Improve the Speed of Email Support
• Automated Responses: Implement automated email responses for common inquiries to provide immediate acknowledgment and basic information to patients.
• Response Time Goals: Set specific response time goals for the staff handling emails and monitor performance to ensure timely and efficient support.
• Email Triage: Establish a triage system to prioritize urgent emails, ensuring they receive prompt attention and response.
Extending the Duration of the Actual Visit Beyond Just 5-10 Minutes
• Reevaluate Scheduling: Adjust scheduling to allow for longer appointment slots, especially for patients with complex medical needs or multiple concerns.
• Prioritize Patient Education: Allocate time within appointments for thorough patient education, ensuring they understand their diagnosis, treatment plan, and any necessary lifestyle changes.
• Enhanced Follow-Up Process: Develop a system for follow-up appointments or consultations to provide additional time for patients requiring more comprehensive care.
Remember, competence is key, patience a virtue, and patients can go wherever they want -- especially when increasingly more patients can now diagnose themselves via free apps. It would be wise to make the patients your priority.
Thanks and be well ????????

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Martinez. He is an excellent doctor, who cares about his patients. He makes you feel comfortable about the whole process. The office staff is very nice and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend ABC Medical Center.
These people in the front have no consideration for other peoples time!! I have never been to a Drs office and waited over 2 hrs to see him! If the are short staffed the NEED TO TELL PEOPLE!! Geeez! The Dr was great when we finally saw but it’s ridiculous, the waiting!
This place is the absolute worst.
They ALWAYS ALWAYS OVERBOOK their patient appointments, so you’re ALWAYS WAITING a minimum of an HOUR AND A HALF to be seen even if you have a scheduled appointment. This shows a lack of care for other people’s time. Not everyone can take off work for an appointment. Today, my appointment was for 11:30am - it is now 1:00pm and I just got called to the back room where I have to wait yet again to be seen by someone. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS.
Not to mention, my PCP is Ricardo Martinez and I’ve only seen him once out of all my visits to this facility. I’ll be changing PCP’s after this appointment bc why continue to come to a place and give them money if they can’t respect peoples times and I can’t even see my actual PCP. I’ll only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero stars.
TERRIBLE PLACE.
I was feeling terrible and was fortunate enough to find this place open on a Saturday morning. They took me as a walk-in. The wait was a little long but they were transparent about it, and let me know that as a walk in everyone already in the waiting area was in front of me, so it was expected. They were professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend. Glad they are here serving their community on Saturdays
0 STARS IF I COULD! This place is horrible from the start to finish. The receptionists are the worst customer service people ever and don't even take your notes into account. I had asked nicely to see Dr. Martinez please and and SPECIFIED that if Dr. Martinez wasn't there that I can come another day. Next thing you know, after a LONG 2 1/2 hours of waiting, Dr. Shonda comes in. Because I didn't want to be rude to this SHONDA I allowed her to assist me. Boy was I wrong. She is so dismissive, doesn't show any care for her patients needs and worries.I knew I wanted Dr. Martinez for a reason. I went there because I had the frequent urge to pee and she has the AUDACITY TO BLAME IT ON DRINKING COFFEE AND THE WEATHER!!!! Are you kidding me! That makes no sense! That is why today was my last visit! The receptionists, MA's, and "Dr. Shonda" are just wanting to waste your time and charge you a ton of money for no type of professional care! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS DR. MARTINEZ HIMSELF is present more often like he used to years ago.
ZERO STARS!!! EXPECT TO WAIT HOURS EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I only went to this location because my PCP did not have an opening and I did not have an Urgent Care close enough to me. I expected to wait on my first visit but was given a follow up appointment to go over results. My scheduled appointment was at 4pm, I arrived at 3:45 pm and was still sitting in the waiting room at 5:15pm. I asked the person at the front if I can reschedule, she stated I would need to write down my birthday and someone will call me because she has clocked out for the day.
I have a good relationship with my doctor I guess because I try to be as honest as possible with them. Dr. Martinez does listen and he will let you explain how your feeling. I thought at first me and him weren't going to get on the same page but I give people the benefit of the doubt and listen when there done I explain my point of view. Dr. Martinez let me do that and he got a better understanding of how to take care of me. I don't complain much but if something is bothering me then I expect my doctor to fix it if they can and he showed me that he would at least try. So to me he's a good doctor for listening and helping me find a solution to my problem. Thanks Dr. Martinez
