The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. However, don't bother asking the staff for directions to Disneyland—they'll send you on a wild goose chase. For a hotel situated so close to Disney, one would expect the staff to at least know the best route, but unfortunately, they do not.
There's no room service, no fresh towels, and despite the claim of a 24/7 reception, this was far from true. The person at the front desk seemed to be responsible for cleaning the rooms as well. I waited half an hour just to check out.
The rooms were dirty and in poor condition, which is truly disappointing. There’s so much potential here, but it’s completely wasted. One visit was more than enough—never again.
It’s great for a 2 star hotel. The room was updated, hot shower and comfy bed. Everything we needed for our trip. I did find hair in the bathroom and in the night stand. There’s no phones in the room either which is different but besides that the stay was great.
We had an excellent 2-night stay with our kids. The location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
Avoid this place like the plague. While the stay was fine the blatant theft of additional funds from my travel partners credit card is unbelievable. We booked through bookings.com so the booking was fully paid prior to arrival, on arrival we paid the extra $100 bond as is normal process. On check out they confirmed the deposit was returned. Fast forward to now and we find deposit has not been returned as as a bonus we have now be charged again for the room. $800+ Multiple emails back and forth to sort it out have been met with this hotel blocking us and now not responding to our messages. They even had the hide to be 'offended' by us questioning the double charge. Do yourself a huge favour and stay at the Americas Best Value Inn & Suites. Kicking myself now for not staying there this time.

Frustrated beyond belief.
They took the funds for the original booking and then a room charge when we arrived.
This was advised as to be refunded on checkout. This did not occur.
Moving forward I have now been charged for the accomodation twice, no refund of the $100.00 and greeted with attitude from TJ.
Numerous emails screen shots with dates of a stay that does not match mine.
So now trying to get my money back and dealing with banks, bookings.com to get involved.
Service was poor, staff never available.
Room has no utensils, smelt stale and very dark and outdated.
Positive a hot shower, but that’s it.
Place is a little far from Disneyland, a decent walk you would need to factor Uber rides.
So do yourself a favour stay somewhere else.
They are the lowest of low worst place ever.
Not a bad stay at all. Especially if you go into it with the mindset of a cheap room on the edge of the Disney parks. Rooms were nice, floors recently redone, nothing overly old or gross. I'd stay here again.
Service was great, I arrived early and they let me check into a room that was ready to go. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Checkout was super quick and easy too.
Location is about a 1+ mile walk to get to downtown Disney. It could be bit tough if you're wanting to use it as a Disney crashpad, and that's on Disney for rearranging how to get into the park, not on the hotel.
Overall for the price, location, and condition of the room, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
Beware. Scammers!!! They charged my card a deposit 2 weeks before arriving to the hotel. Okay fine. The girl at the front desk didn't want to give me a receipt showing I paid deposit and the room. I had to request a receipt for both as they were different receipts. We paid for 2 queens, got to the room and they gave us 2 twin size beds. I go back and tell them and after alot of back and fourth she finally said it was a "misunderstanding". We got our queen beds.
My bf and I wanna stay another day at disney and decide even though the service was rough. Maybe wed stay another night if they would work on giving us the same rate
Big mistake. The next day I asked to stay another day and they wanted to charge another 100 deposit. They did agree to come down 15 bucks but wanted that deposit. I've seen reviews where the hotel doesn't like giving deposits back. The front desk man argued with me about it and when my bf got there he all of a sudden lowered his voice. We decided against it and would move hotels.
Update. When we checked out the front desk person said this was all a misunderstanding. That if we wanted to stay he wouldn't take the 2nd deposit and if I take my review down. The audacity. I've given them every opportunity to turn this experience around and nothing. I told him too late. I gave u a chance, I booked another hotel already. He then asked me if I can take down the review. Lol. I'm not a complainer by any means you have to be really bad for me to feel the need to make the effort to type a page paragraph on Google about how bad you are lol
I don't mind a motel but there is a reason this one has such a low rating. Here are the issues we had.
1. Stayed 3 nights n thr first night we got in the hot tub. As we sat a bunch of dirt, palm leaves etc began swirling around n covering us in filth. We had to shower immediately. All 3 nights they never cleaned it so we never got back in. The pool was filthy as well.

4. Beds were hard n sounded like loud metal when u sat or got into bed.
5. Door had a large gap so tons of light came in. We had to push luggage etc against door to keep light coming in.
6. No ice machines
7. Three nights stay but only enough coffee for 1 day in room, had to go get more
8. Check out is at 11 but maid began looking through our window at 10 as I was in bed next to window. Maid then began knocking on the door even though we had a do not disturb sign out n again, check out wasn t for another hour.
Overall the appearance of the motel n room was ok but will never book here again. I used A TON of flyer miles and it felt like a waste.
