Called in our order pick up was spot on time wise. Deep Dish Pizza
"Hometown Hero" I thought it was
delish, my hubby thought it was average. I also think Abby's sauce is really good.
I'm not a big fan of being lied to. My friend ordered me a pizza because I had back surgery this morning and I didn't know what kind it was. So I called the store and some girl said oh it's already been made. It's already been cooked and it's on its way. So 20 minutes later I call back and this other lady goes. Oh no, it's not delivered yet. It'll be put in the oven in 7 minutes. It hasn't even put in the oven yet. So then I speak to a supervisor who's more than happy to help me. But I had to talk to three people in order to get assistance. Why did this girl that answered the first time lie to me. Was she so lazy that she just didn't want to have good customer service? I just feel like places that don't treat you well shouldn't receive business! I will never ever choose to go here if I ever have a choice.
Food was great and is now my families favorite pizza, service was very kind and great at explaining the menu and the beer options for a first time customer. Food was reasonably priced and extremely fresh. My only negative is the place was a tiny bit small inside and it fills up quick at times so it can be hard to find a seat. But overall me and my family highly recommend Abbys legendary pizza, it really is legendary.
Staff is nice, but the food is insanely over priced. Wings are the worst I have ever had in my life and they are 15$ for 8. That’s almost 2$ a wing and they are tiny, lacking flavor. I was so disappointed. The pizza is good but also overpriced.
I have fond memories of abbys pizza growing up and used to get good service and good pizza at the parlor in bend but lately not so much. I don't understand why you have to give them a tip before they even make your food. Today a sent in my order online, showed up 15 minutes later to get my pizza and walked out an hour later. It was a mini taco pizza. The last time I ordered take out they gave my pizza to someone else and I had to wait for them to make it again. I don't know if I'm giving them 3 in a row especially when you have to tip up front. TIPS ARE FOR A GOOD JOB
Place was open, kinda clean, and we haven't gotten sick after eating it so far... Service was weird but so am I .... Arcade room is definitely lacking ....I miss pinball and the game didn't work took our money a guy said he fixed it but he didn't only for one time maybe new technology sucks! ... I hope Julia/ Julie and team has a wonderful week. I didn't notice music if there was turn it up ! tension could be cut with a knife .... But it's an odd time in America ... Thanks for being open for my birthday girl and our family .
Walked in and both cashiers were very grumpy looking. Very little eye contact and even asking what we wanted was rough.
Edit: So impressed. My son and I came back and had A VERY DIFFERENT experience. Thank you for caring. Definitely worth coming to.
The guy at the counter was super unfriendly and ridiculously slow. There were maybe 2 tables in the restaurant, but was half filled with people waiting for to go food. Then, what appeared to be the manager, stepped in and she was super rude to everyone. There was no rhyme or reason how they were announcing food. So many frustrated and annoyed people. Not the way to keep customers happy. So far, we have waited 50 minutes for 2 small pizzas for take out.
