I travel here from out of town. Every time I have food delivered it is perfect and they delivery people are so nice! They always reference exactly what I order and make a point to ensure it is right. Highly recommend!!
Amazing pizza, just like the Abby’s I grew up on in the 70’s.
The guy at the counter was helpful and patient. He asked if I would like red pepper instead of green pepper; good choice.
My order was ready in 13 minutes,and abbys is the best pizza in town. I can feed 4 to 5 people on the family giant size. I love abbys,so does my entire family. You should try it if you have not yet done so.
I’ve only had take out but the pizza is always great! Today we tried to order door dash and weren’t able to order ranch, which is crucial in my household for the pizza experience. I called and talked to Cody and he made sure we were taken care of. Thank you!!!!! You’re the best!
Couldn't order anything at six pm. Due to no staff. I live two houses over the cut off and they wouldn't let the other store help us. Bob (Skinny) would never approve of such a thing. They want you to help the local business but the local business never perform to or keep any integrity or standard's. // UPDATE
August 17, 2024. I contacted management as I was asked to in response to my review. I talked to Greg B for almost forty minutes. He said he needed to talk to Corey from the North Medford Abby's to verify what I was saying was true and that he would get back to me in a couple days. Well he never called me back despite me calling him several times and leaving voicemails to inquire on a resolution to my back to back horrible experiences. All I wanted was my money back and I would go with a different pizza place my family wants pizza. Instead it's almost been three months with no consideration given to me as a customer period. What's even more frustrating is that they can afford to play commercials through the Olympics, but can't take care of local customers that spend their hard earned money with them. Like a 187.86 is a lot of money to return to me in cash like I spent. Really is unkind way to run buissnees. Greg B you should be ashamed of yourself. You get paid good money to sail the ship for Abby's. Then drop the ball when I have had to go through hours of hoops to be satisfied. When really I should of been able to go to the counter and get my money back and still be happy. Instead I get to hear your promises never come true. Goes to show you that your only as good as the captain of the shop. Can't wait to hear your excuse and continue waiting. ????????????????????????
Great pizza! Love the mini size. Perfect amount with some garlic knots to start. Friendly staff and pizza came out fast. Come here and grab some good food!
