My first time trying Abbott rd pizza. My buddy who lives in that neighborhood swears by it. First off the customer service was impeccable. My friend was bringing the pizza up to Tonawanda and to keep it fresher the staff lent us a pizza bag for transport. That was clutch. The pizza was thick. Lots of cheese. Great cup n char. Crust was crispy. Cook was medium on the belly. For me personally with that amount of cheese wish it had more sauce to get the flavor of the sauce to pop more. Everyone is buffalo has been losing their minds about Papas pizza. So why not check it out for myself. I was told it was similar to Bocce and Imperial. I ordered a large cheese and pepperoni with regular sauce. The sauce was sweet. I loved it. Kinda a sloppy pizza which I also like. Cooked perfectly. The appropriate amount of cheese. Lots of pepperoni. Cup n char was fantastic. This could be my top 3 fav pizzas in buffalo. Thank you

It pains me to write this, but it is my obligation to bring room for improvement to the owners and staff.
As shown in my original review, I absolutely loved the pizza I got. Infact I liked it so much I tried to order it again.
I got the same as before, large pizza with banana peppers, well done.
What I got looked nothing like my original. It may as well have been a complete different restaurant. It had too much cheese, the toppings were not the same ratio as before, and most importantly, was not cooked how I previously imagined. Look, it's not hard to make a pizza, but being consistent and having customers be able to trust an establishment to prepare similar food to what you ordered before, is the struggle.
If I could count on getting the same pizza as the first picture, I would be ordering this every week.

This place is a solid 4/5 stars. I have gotten good food and not so good food before. My most recent order was very good. A little light on the toppings, and you need to order the pizza "well done" or you get slop. But when done right, man or man is it delicious!
I prefer this pizza then the "more premium expensive place down the road". They just need to work on attention to detail :)
My newest craving. Love the pizza the sweet sauce is out of this world. Perfect crisp on the crust. Just a different but good different pizza then I'm used too. 10 out of 5.
The building is being remodeled right now, but they are open for business. The cashiers are pleasant. I have ordered take out now like 8 times. Always phenomenal. It's located in the old Abbott pizza store. Do yourself a favor and order from there. Prices a real good too. Their steak and chicken finger pizza are out of this world. You also get a choice of sauces, not only with wings, but pizza too.
Wings were requested crispy they came partially cooked. The were decent quality good size.Pizza was good plenty ingredients. Ordered well done cut in squares. Came partially baked cut in triangles. This is why I don't normally use online ordering. How come everything is more expensive but there is no quality control?
I got the chicken breast wrap on a garlic wrap and it was delicious! The chicken was seasoned very well and very tasty! The establishment was very clean and the customer service was great! I will definitely be back to try more menu items!
We had pizza and it was very good but they need to add more sauce. The sauce is the flavor that makes the pizza taste great. I will try them again.
Papa's pizza bought out two of my family's favorite pizza places. We tried a cheese and pepperoni pizza, there was burnt crunchy stuff all over the pizza and inside of the box like what you'd see at the bottom of a dirty oven. The pizza slices were all completely different sizes and bizarre shapes. It tasted as bad as it looked. Unfortunately we will have to find a new favorite pizza place
