Very Poor and bad services. Room are very dirty and smelly. Room services are very poor. Room floor was sticky even with shoes on… when I walked barefoot in room my sole became dark black with dirt.. very uncomfortable and unhygienic.. l When I asked room service people to give us some bath towel because we did not have… they gave us only two. I asked for 4 as we booked for 4 people. When I asked room services people to give us bath towel they gave us two instead 4. When I asked for 2 more they said laundry has not been done yet. From then no one has answered… On Saturday I was trying to contact front desk people and/or room service people to arrange bath towel… no one was there to help and even at front desk had a poster was saying drop your keys here and don’t bell the ring… I even don’t like to give 1 start… because there is no zero start rating I am giving 1 start… but I would not recommend this motel for anybody at all…. Not satisfied at all… ????????????????
Decent places, rooms are alright. Good location right by the fashion outlets. Met some decent people there. The price of the rooms aren't too bad, and they got cable tv. They also have Wifi. Some rooms have Roku TV's as well. Only downside for me personally is not many rooms have bathtubs you can relax in, they have standing showers. They also have decent A/C
Extremely filthy motel/hotel. Full of junky people. Absolutely dirty carpets in hallway and stairs. Very poor service. 'Don't care' attitude of owners and staff. If you stay for the falls, stay in Canada. As they can best ONLY be seen from ????????. Please avoid this place if you can. There is a requirement to give atleast one ???? when you write a google review. Otherwise would have given zero star.

Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. The rudest people I have ever met. My bedsheet had brown stuff on it ????. The room was dirty and whole hotel infested with insects. Trash just lying around. No cleanliness. Absolutely 0. They show wonderful, nice photos on sites. But in reality, their hotel is a scrapyard. No breakfast. Just dirty smelly rooms. No pool. Just trash. No cleanliness bathrooms. Just smelly toilets. No elevators. Just infested stairs with insects.Wifi doesn't work either. The AC is like a big engine next to you. DONT GO. Stay at Wyndham instead. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, BUT A DIRTY, SMELLY, DISGUSTING MOTEL WITH RUDE STAFF. So expensive for nothing. Never ever, treading a step in this MOTEL again.
This is NOT a hotel! It’s a low end motel. Very dusty, smelly, disorganized, it’s family run. We checked it around 9p, first room has very very strong smell, we were transferred to a less smelly room. We were tired so we didn’t bother to cancel it and look elsewhere. The only good thing is we didn’t see bugs during our stay. But we are not comfortable at all, we wore long sleeve and pants.
We booked a triple room, but the room has an unpleasant odor and is dirty. The bathroom drains very slowly and seems clogged. The amenities in the room only include two bars of soap. This place is not up to hotel standards.
If I could give it negative 10, I would. Disgusting is a compliment.
Its Nasty, dingy, sketchy. Best to sleep on the road or in a car..probably safer and cleaner.
The owner or manager is also very unprofessional.
Owner with white SUV likes to try and intimidate women with children, very rude ignorant, no boundaries for guest vehicles or belongings. When he's called out for his wrong doings by an actual man his father and him gang up on them with stage #1. Trying to scare them as if they together could bust a grape in a fruit fight when failed , #2. Child like ankle biter dog tactics trying push provoke them to get physical so it's recorded on camera to there favor, but once they get the bark from a real male figure they turn into little girls. #3 they call police under false pretenses that they have been assaulted crying over the phone trying to get pre bias police response, however the police deal with them so often from people getting there throats cut in the parking lot , addicts overdosing and dying , there own ignorant trash they just hang out while the son and father run off avoiding situation in it's entirety. Electric isn't up to code all rooms are in direct violation of fire safety codes , city codes and state codes. The father owns caravan right nextdoor same bull, but with hidden room camera's by the way. Definitely recommend woodland inn across the road by the Mandalay restaurant that's under new management with very nice hard working new owner all new renovations full. An honest review from a man with a young son with sever u.c who under goes regular blood infusions and transfusions, wife that's a recent stroke servivor with implanted heart monitor monitoring a torn heart valve, and a young daughter doing her best keep my head focused on the family instead of ignorance like that father and son getting the best of me and worst mistake of there life there not even worthy of.
