This is truly a 1 star hotel/inn. The Front Desk reception was not friendly and welcoming, the bathroom needs to be refurbished, the exhaust makes a loud whirring sound when turned on, the toilet seat is decrepit, the towels worn out, the pillows are so flat. The room looks like it was refurbished. There is no musty odor which is at least good. There's a ref and an iron. There is no breakfast available.
It is a pity because there is so much potential in this place that is not utilized and it is such a waste. If only the owners will do more to improve and upgrade the hotel/inn then there is a good chance for this place to prosper and get higher ratings and have more guests. It is in an ideal location, the land area is spacious, there is even a gazebo at the back. It is close to a supermarket and restaurants. Driving distance to Fatima Shrine is about 7 minutes while Niagara Falls NY is about 15 minutes. For now, until the place is improved there is no chance we will go back to stay.
When we came in, there was no toilet paper, and the coffee machine was filthy. Also, the shower wasn't super clean, and part was falling apart. The TV was a little glitchy, the toilet took a long time to flush, and there were only one or two usable outlets. The door was also super loud to open. Other than that, the beds were nice, and it was pretty clean. Employee was not very helpful and somewhat rude.
Don't stay here! This place doesn't even deserve one star. It took almost an hour to check in. The staff member was talking to someone on her cell phone the whole time. No hello. Nothing. She left the office twice saying she'd be right back with me just standing there. More people came to try to check in. We all just stood there looking at each other wondering what was going on. The process took almost hour. Finally got our room key. Pretty much walked into the room , then walked out. It was disgusting. First found hair all over the sheets, then found blood on the mattress. The carpeting was shredded. Big chunks of shredded carpet near the bathroom & entrance. The bathroom was just gross. Dirty toilet & floor. There were giant holes in the wall behind the door.
Needless to say we didn't stay. I went back into the office & there were even more people just waiting & of course she wasn't there. I felt bad for all those people. Especially knowing what kind of conditions the rooms are in. I'm working with Priceline to get a refund
Absolutely do not stay here. We should have seen the room before checking in. There was garbage in the hallways, carpets were dirty, hair on the sheets and pillows, bathrooms smelled like sour towels, the rooms were not nice. No one else was on the property, and we couldn’t even get a refund. We did not stay. Please please please don’t stay. You can find other places to stay. The pictures of the property online are very old.
I don't know why I didn't read reviews of this place, but it seems to be the only place near ArtPark. I could tell the moment I walked in to the "hotel/inn" hallway that was covered with dirt, debris and horrible smells that I was going to be unhappy. After we went in the room, I RAN to Family Dollar and bought a bedbug cover and sheets, Lysol wipes, baking soda and room spray. The sheets were covered in hair, the bathroom floor had 5 PILLS laying there, the shower floor was brown. The carpet showed no signs of vacuuming. The owners should be appalled to charge what they charged us PREPAID no refund- now I know why. I think Trip Advisor hid/deleted prior reviews. People were arguing outside in the hall at midnight which we could of course hear. AVOID this place at all costs.
First, this place is down at all. I want to give zero stars but unfortunately the minimum is one star.
Second the service I have nothing to said, they cancel my hotel without any notification.
My fly is delayed due to the weather, and i book 4 day three nights. And they cancel my room without and notification and without any refund.
For anyone who wants to book the place for sleep just be careful this place.
The staff could not give less of a care. I was checked in by a woman wearing pajamas. This is reflected in the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways. There is grime in every corner and the carpets (ya carpets) have a sheen to them that would indicate they have no been properly cleaned in years. The bathroom came fully equipped with 1 single roll of toilet paper with no spare in sight. The staff did not answer the front desk phone when called from the room and did not respond to voicemail left regarding the toilet paper situation. Also, important to note, there is no one at the front desk before 3 pm and after 7 it's the same - so keep that in mind. No breakfast on site as previously described and generally not what you would anticipate even for a 1 star. Also of note was the general smell of must and the articial odour attempt to cover it up.
Expensive stay (over 200$ per night) for a s***** room with no service.
There was no soap in the room we had to get our own.
The toilet didn't work and I was told that I needed to add water to help the flush and I was offered a bucket.
The bath faucet is mounted on crooked, looked like it might actually fall off.
There is minimal water pressure, hardly enough to rinse off in the shower.
One couple in another room had no hot water.
There was no complimentary breakfast.
We have stayed here before but it was no where near as bad as this.
