I recently had an amazing experience at the henna studio, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The artists were incredibly talented and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. They offered a variety of designs, and I was thrilled with the options available.

I had two bad experiences at this salon, and I’m honestly really disappointed. The first time, they offered me a facial while waxing my face, which was a huge mistake. They knew those treatments shouldn’t be done together, but they went ahead anyway. Now, I’ve got dark spots from burns that are still there, even after a whole month. The second visit was no better, and when I mentioned my concerns, the owner didn’t do anything to fix the situation or even offer a discount.
It also feels like they’re just trying to upsell you on services you don’t even need. The whole place just gives off the vibe of a money grab, especially with the owner constantly pushing this “25 years in business” discount. She’s been offering it for the longest time, which honestly just feels like a cheap sales tactic.
To top it off, I found out that the owner has been asking customers to leave positive reviews in exchange for goodie bags—basically paying for good reviews. That’s super shady and makes you wonder how many of those glowing reviews are actually real.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Just because a salon has a lot of reviews doesn’t mean they’re genuine. Be careful of places that seem more focused on their reputation than actually giving you good service.
I won’t be going back.
I had a great experience here! My makeup/ hair artist was very sweet and created the look that I wanted. She was very patient and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and liked everything she was doing. She let me check periodically to make sure the look was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend getting your hair and make up done here! The price was very reasonable! I will definitely be coming back ????
