I signed with AAA on 6/2/2022 for the membership fee of $204. It went up the next year to $212 (ok). This year I got a letter from AAA offering a free, complimentary addition for the household member. Probably in a small print it said, “complimentary till the end of current annual term”. I didn’t catch it. My fault. So, the membership fee just went up to $295 a year. Obviously, I decided to cancel my membership (two months after annual renewal) assuming AAA would prorate the fee. Any decent company would do it. Not AAA. They don’t do it in the middle of the term. When I talked to AAA person, basically saying it was unethical to charge for twelve months instead of two, she told be that this was the company policy, stated in the agreement which I should have read before renewing my membership. Nice.
Amazing experience. I know I'm late posting my review. Fashionably late haha. All well. I'm here to send my positive regards in speaking the improvement of AAA travel agency at this location and meeting and communicating with Bonnie has been the most easy going conversation I've had in years..lol I meant yesterday. Today I give my review on yesterday after waking UP, today. I appreciate who've I connected with RECecently at triple AAA and, ill send many positive inputs and truth on any businesses or cooperate offices who've helped me on traveling in my journey alone to make sure to comply with my questions. Trust the process triple aaa will guide you all you need is love and patience if you have no patience there are ways too legit call and schedule appointments that work on your time and your teachers. Walked in Monday afternoon at 4:30 to get lphoto taken,I was aware I may have been a little late to get photo,took a chance because I was in the area.was greeted by an angry,nasty older woman.all she had to do was say it was too late in the day.I would have come back Tuesday.she started telling me she was counting something.she kept talking and I started walking away and said thank you and she got even madder.walked out she was still talking.just not very welcoming customer service. I will try another location!
Worst experience getting necessary fingerprinting done with an appointment! Waited an hour past my appointment time, absolutely no customer service. Even the fingerprinting itself didn’t go well.
Go see Fran if you need help. She’s the best.
UPDATE:
I originally gave this AAA 1 star, but it turns out I was wrong. It wasn't AAA's fault, but PENNDOT'S. I received prompt and excellent service after posting my review, and my issue has now been resolved. Both AAA and PENNDOT got it done for me and are mailing me a new license. I am more than satisfied with this resolution, and thus have updated this review to 5 stars to reflect their excellent service. I definitely do recommend them and their services!

I went to get my picture taken for my driver's license. There were 9 people ahead of me! Then I finally get my new license only to find out that they made holes in my new one instead of my old one. Now they expect me to go to a regular DMV to get it reprinted! It's their mistake not mine, why couldn't they reprint it for me! Very disappointed! Would not recommend them at all!
Review is for the DMV photo center in the AAA location. The staff was helpful and efficient. I was able to get in, get my new license and back on the road in about 20 minutes. Great alternative to the lines at the DMV locations.
Not sure why there are negative reviews of the fingerprinting process. You're taken by appointment time, and the employees are pleasant. The longest part of the process is confirming all your information that you entered while making an appointment. It took about 10-15 minutes, which is what is advertised. I guess it would take longer if there were a ton of appointments, or if you messed up too many times during the actual fingerprinting process.
