Such a great experience and everyone was so kind and friendly. My niece got a beautiful set and nail art and they came out sooo good. They were confident about getting them how she wanted she was so excited with how they came out. There were lots of choices and I loved my shellac manicure! You will not be disappointed with whatever you pick here.
ZERO STARs! Absolute WORST service and place I have ever ever ever been to in my life!!!! Called ahead of time to request a price for acrylic nails and shellac. I was told $60, I tried to confirm and the lady snapped at me and said I already told you $60. Very rude and abrasive from the start. The woman did my nails for 2 hours and they turned out absolutely terrible. She could not make one flower properly. She tried multiple times to no avail. Eventually she painted it white however the end of the nail was chipping the next day and has a bumpy rough texture. When I went to checkout she said my total was $78. I did not even get any art designs. I complained about the high price despite our early conversation yet she refused to stick to the price she agreed to earlier. I expressed my distaste for their dishonesty and my frustration with not getting what I paid for. I went back the next day and asked for the manager. She said he left but later than expressed that she was the manager. I wanted a refund because my nails were causing me pain, were not close to what I asked for (see pictures), and were poorly done. I asked for a refund and for her to take off my nails and she refused to do either without more payment ($25). I tried to settle this amicably with the woman here however she was completely unreasonable and not willing to make any efforts to remedy the damage she did. She even admitted while doing my nails that she didn’t like them yet was unwilling to understand that I was dissatisfied. I am absolutely appalled by their customer service and prices and business. I will NEVER go back!!!
The worst dip experience I’ve ever had! Not only did the lady do things in a weird order, she used a shellac topcoat, which started chipping the next day. Also, the guy who did my pedicure showed me that he keeps a cheese grater next to the pedicure station, which is illegal.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I'm in town visiting family so this was my first time getting my nails done in Ann Arbor and I was really disappointed in the quality. I got a gel manicure and the polish was unevenly applied, didn't cover the entire nail, and the nails themselves weren't shaped at all when filing. They are also quite rough to the touch, and two nails bled during the cuticle cutting. I had decided on getting my nails done in Ann Arbor since I figured it would be cheaper than where I typically go in NYC, but it ended up being more expensive and I ultimately wouldn't recommend going here if you're not local. Sucks to write a negative review, but it just really wasn't a very good experience, especially considering it took 90 mins and I'd called ahead.
HORRIBLE! This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter’s nails looked like she painted them and the acrylic fill just looks terrible. Rushed service, looked awful and was too expensive. They are not professionals and no one should go here.
I have been here twice now. First time they flooded my cuticles and my hair was catching in my nails in a week. Today I am leaving with no manicure and no polish on my toes because the polish was splotchy. Instead of removing it and using a different polish, he insisted more coats would fix it. It did not. Then he says he has no time and I wasted his time. What?! No you wasted my time! I was charged full price and they refused to lower it. Shoddy workmanship. Shoddy product. Shoddy customer service.
My friend and I went to get acrylics done. I got a fill and my friend got a fresh new set. My nails are crooked, the tip is super thick, and my polish doesn’t reach the base of my nails. My friends nails were amazing until she switched technicians to get them painted. Her cuticle got grinded and there’s a huge chunk of polish on the base of her thumb. Would not recommend this place for acrylics. I paid $66 for my fill and she paid $71 for her set.
This was my first time going here and unfortunately will be my last. My nail tech was nice and talkative. However I honestly thought he had no idea what he was doing. He cut the acrylics with little kid safety scissors, the edge of some of the acrylics were not fully on my nail, he didn’t evenly coat my nail with the powder so it was bumpy , and he polished so fast and sloppy that the color is now cloudy and can see through some parts. The tip of the nails are already chipping. They charged an extra $10 for soaking…but he didn’t even soak them he took my old acrylics off by his own nail..which didn’t feel the best. (My thumb nail is crooked and uneven as well..)
