Rasmalai - had turned bad and was not edible. Went straight to garbage bin.
Picked up Garlic Naan and Butter Chicken next day after eating the stomach went bad.
This restaurant has a really good review overall, and I’m a regular customer. I mostly order from door-dash. This time I got served with a cockroach in my chicken dum biryani. And they restaurant’s person who picked up the phone talked to his manager and they said that there is nothing we can do about it. And I had eaten 1/4th portion of the food. This is honestly so disappointing.
This place is amazing! Very true it’s chosen name! The service was everything, the food was served fresh and tasted better than any Indian cuisine I’ve tasted before! The portions are very generous and the staff is so sweet! Restaurant was super clean and tables are set so nicely! 10/10 recommendation!!! I’ll definitely be back !!
First time there yesterday and I found them on a fluke. They didn’t disappoint me. I ordered puri sabji and it was the best I have ever eaten in Dallas, truly home cooked and full of flavor. Prices are so reasonable. You must go. I can’t wait to go again and eat when I am in that area.
Our favorite Indian restaurant by far!
We have been coming almost 2x a week for the past 5 months, since the new chef took over in August 2023. We followed him from another restaurant.
Tonight we had Palak (Spinach & Cream) Curry with Salmon and rice, and he had Lamb Curry (tomato / onion masala).
The chef consistently delivers well flavored, high quality dishes, with good portions. Small dining area, with just 5 tables. We make the 40 minute drive from East Dallas to dine in & order extra to go - well worth the trip!
I ordered to go from their online website and it was easy. The food was very good and the portions were big! The gentleman who helped me with my order was friendly as well. Overall a really good local place! I will definitely be eating here again.
I’ve ordered from here several times through door dash, best Indian food I’ve had, food is always fresh & hot. The Lamb Vandaloo is absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to try other items from the location. If you like Indian food or even want to just try it for the first time this is the location for you!
A hole in the wall Indian place that is actually SO good!! I got the goat vindaloo extra spicy with garlic naan and vegetable samosa! It hit the spot because I was craving some spicy Indian food. The owner is so sweet and I could tell he had just opened and was the only one there. He cooked it and made it by himself and it felt extra special. Can’t wait to go back for more (I actually got the exact same thing a few days later because it was that good).
