This is extremely fun. Love the shirts. Great food great root beer great photo opportunity. Great staff definitely must be a place to check out when you are in the area.
We are here tonight and it was absolutely wonderful but even more so the atmosphere was made even sweeter by the customer service we received from Krista and Destiny. They were so sweet and so knowledgeable about the products offered. The French fries are perfection. Soft on the inside, crisp and golden on the outside. Two of my kiddos got the chicken tenders and the rest of the four of us got burgers. It was all delicious but the chicken tenders STOOD OUT! I know it'll sound silly because "it's just a fast food joint", but the were some of the best tenders we've ever had. And we love fried chicken. Hot Springs y'all have a gem right under your noses and don't even know it.
Customer service was superb! He accommodated all our requests and was very helpful ????. Food was awesome ???? love the rootbeer float.. ordered their food 2 nights in a row while visiting Hot Springs, Arkansas.
I've always wanted to visit this A&W whenever I came to Hot Springs. When we finally went, we found it shutdown. But ...! It has reopened and the food is good, the service was good, the restaurant is clean, and the new owner actually comes out and greets you at your table. Conveniently located by the 70/270 highway off Central in Hot Springs. If you get a chance and just want some good food, come here.
I think her name was destiny. She was really good ???? it looks like she likes her job cuz every interaction she had with everyone was full of energy and friendliness. The food was great . I especially liked the fries fresh and crispy. I got the root beer freeze and it was amazing. Alot less of a mess than the root beer float my brother had. But then again maybe he didn't know how to drink it. I had a side of papa burger sauce with the fries really good. The bathrooms were in the gas station.
A last-minute destination lunch decision that added extra stars to the day. A&W was clean, staff was friendly, food was really good (greasy hot cheeseburger with fresh crunch veggies on a soft bun, cheese curds that did not disappoint, and the best root beer I've ever had). The root beer is made fresh and was served in a frosty mug.
Will definitely come back next time I'm in Hot Springs!
A great addition to the town! Definitely a bit of a wait for service, but nothing out of the ordinary for a new restaurant location. The food was hot and fresh and the few employees we interacted with were friendly and smiling. Definitely looking forward to when they have the indoor dining open to be able to get a frosted mug of root beer.
Good Lord what were you thinking coming here? Stick with the cheese curds in the root beer you'll be fine, other than that you're just asking for a huge letdown....edit: I can appreciate your response but you can't fix flavor at a fast food restaurant the product is what it is
