Came in and waited and no one said anything to me I watched them doing things and thought there just short and people came and got togo orders and then someone waiting talked with my wife and every order had something wrong and we Left went next door to Culvers and got are food and were eating in the time we were standing.
Brutha uhhhhhhhh ???? I think the health department needs to be contacted over this place.
The food was lousy every thing was Cold and not fresh and Poor service
HORRIBLE! Iwaited in line an hour!! I paid $37 for 5 coneys, chicken sandwich meal and pop. People in line were leaving but I had already paid and they have a sign at the window "no refunds". The staff made zero attempts at speed, even though everyone was irate after 45 minutes and we sat there 15 more minutes after being parked to wait. No apologies or anything. I'll never be back
Food is that okay-ish. At least it’s edible.. customer service is just plain out right bad. Honestly worse customer service in shields area. Everyone there doesn’t say hi, have a good day, honestly I didn’t get one word. It’s just bad.
Terribly slow for a fast food restaurant located on a busy interstate in a fairly large city. Sat in drive through for more than 30 minutes.
It took forever for someone to come up to the register to take our order. After it did come up, my hot dog was barely warm with very little chili on it. I took it back up.
While I waited 10 minutes for another one, 4 people walked out because no one was taking their order even though there were at least 5 people working there.
The bathrooms and windows were nasty too.
Restaurant was very dirty burger was pink fries wasn't cooked long enough tasted like raw potatoes
