Loved A&W growing up in the Midwest, it was a staple and a big name! Everyone knew if the root beer! While visiting the Midwest we were excited to come in here and have it. The first few minutes we knew immediately we’d have to leave. The lady behind the counter just left the front counter while were about to order then left the area to go sit down at a table and get on her phone. The tables weren’t clean at all and trash all over even in the yard. How disappointing!
First time coming here. Very clean and quite. The price super expensive BUT the their food is really good. And I love they give me a glass fancy lol. But I'll come again.
Food was good. Kid left their phone behind after dining in. Found and returned without issue. Service is great. Not having the collectable glass is the only complaint.
I frequent this restaurant on a regular basis. I have no complaint about my food or the people who work so hard in the back preparing it. My complaint is with the young men who work the counter. They need training in Customer service, how to greet a customer and not be rude. They need to understand you don't hand a customer an ice cream cone with their bare hands directly after working the cash register and taking my money. They need to know how to greet a customer "not what do you want". I really feel like I'm bothering them when I come in the store to place an order. The lady who works the drive thru is Great! I think I'll just order through the driver thru from now on.
I love this location. Always good service good food. Always very clean. #1 hangout spot with the grandbabies. This last visit was my first time using the high chair, they need to be dipped in bleach overnight and resealed for easy cleaning.
Food was excellent and fast. Service was pretty good. Felt a little uncomftorable as the employees might have forgotton they were at a place of buisness. Their overley loud converations were probably not the best for customers to hear while trying to eat. Id still go back though. They did their jobs perfectly. The food is really good. The chicken tenders/sliders are so moist, it's just delicious. The vegan burger is great too. Shoestring fries and a root beer float and you've had a belly full that will leave you satisfied. The Wisconsin cheese curds are pretty great too. Nice and soft, doesn't leave you feeling like you consumed something highly saturated in oil even though it's fried. A definite place to go to for a quick and tasty meal. Especially out of towners. Staff are very friendly.
Stopped here while visiting the area. Really clean, nice looking place. The decor is absolutely fitting. Attendants were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious, best chicken sliders I've ever had! Everything else was good too, including thr fries and rootbeet floats. Great place to stop for a quick bite.
