It is exactly what I dream about...I came from Indonesia....I grew up with AW foods...I always wondered that AW must be a nice classical restaurant in US...Accidentally I found this AW restaurant near Napa Valley....Goshh....I'm loving it...I finally taste the authentic Rootbeer Float in US...
Regular burger with onion rings with friendly staff.
I revised my rate from 3 stars to 4 stars as A&W replied to my review, which made me appreciate their service even more.

Yummy food, great service, I enjoyed my veggie Burger, so delicious, and the root beer is still perfect after all these years.
Lots of onion rings and really nice staff. Came here before our friends wedding. Not the best tasting fries. Floats were good but need more root beer
Expensive here. But same everywhere. The food would be great if you guys chilled out with the Johnny's Seasoning Salt a lil bit ???? I could've stayed at home to do the Johnny's seasoning salt challenge.
I do not like the fact we could not go inside and order food, because "they are understaff because the saff is in high school and it's prom night " so when I walk to the drive through, the manger guy said "you need a car to order food" and that he would not serve us. I don't see why he could not take our order. So we came back wit our car that has a trailer on it. We got stuck in the drive through. And the people behind us order food. And the food was taken out to them. He could have done the same thing for us, but. Turned us away. I normally don't write anything bad about places, but not today.
Food is fast, reasonable and good. The Swiss mushrooms burger is among the best I've ever had.
The Asst GM told me to leave a review so I am. I was extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the double mushroom burger I got through the drive-thorough last night. It was a long day. I was looking forward to a nice burger, which I usually get at this establishment. When I got home the bun and burger were luke warm and limp. It was very skimpy on the cold grilled onions and melted cheese and the burger felt like it had been under a heat lamp for quite some time. I called to express my significant disappointment about a fairly expensive drive through burger. I ended up speaking to the AGM who said this burger was up to their standards and met the quality of their restaurant. He said he was personally the one making burgers that night. But if I wanted a root beer float, he could give me a free one. I was somewhat shocked and dismayed that a manager would invalidate a customers experience in such a dismissive manner. Upon reflection, maybe it’s not the burgers that are the problem at this establishment, maybe it’s the management training. I have been disappointed in the food before at this A&W drive though, but not enough to not go back. I am still a bit stunned that the leadership of this organization doesn't welcome opportunities to learn about areas of improvement for their business. In the end, I did not accept the root beer float. And In the future I will go to Gotts, which is just down the street to visit an establishment that for a few dollars more has higher standards, better treatment of their local customers, and a guaranteed good burger.
