A&W Located in the less desirable part of town.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was attentive. The Giant no loitering sign kinda tells the story. The Place was nearly empty at noon, so I'm pretty surprised this restaurant is still open.
Girl behind counter was very good. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in, as she was busy, told me she would be right with me. She was competent, friendly and helpful. I’ve had many bad experiences lately at other places. This was a definite plus and I will be back regularly! High praise to Jennie M! 10-23-24 at 5:38pm
Green Bay Monroe Ave
I went through the drive through about 10 minutes before they closed. I was really nervous as I know it's frustrating to get orders last minute on a Monday night, but Trish H was so sweet and nice to me. It was a breath of fresh air, I hadn't eaten almost all day. I wish all stores had customer service like this - she was so great! And my food was amazing too :-)
Trish was very friendly and helpful. We love going to this location because they're always so willing to listen to our concerns and find a solution. I will continue to go to this location ????
I love A&W. I've loved it since I was a child. I used to love to get ice-cream & ring the bell before leaving.. now, I work there! I'm an assistant manager, and the pay is good. We also get tips directly on our paychecks, and the management is pretty awesome. I especially appreciate my boss, John, whom is the GM at the A&W on Monroe Ave. He's super cool. Our food is amazing, too! Amazing quality and I love making it for my customers.
Went in for a root beer and French fry and the frosted mug root beer is truly hard to beat! Tanya brought a positive energy at the check out which was nice to experience. Thought it was odd they asked about a tip, last time I’ve been to an A&W that wasn’t the case
I Was going home from a work meeting when I saw a homeless person digging in a garbage can for food. I stopped by a&w
To pick up a couple burgers for the homeless. Trish helped me get the burgers and even chipped in $20 to buy more. She's got a heart of gold. You've got a great employee there. The world needs more people like Trish.
Jesse was very helpful in a time of crisis. The VERY flimsy cups that your rootbeer floats are served in collapsed and spilled on my hand at the drive thru. He graciously appologised, although it was not his fault, and offered me a new one. Jesse is an awsome employee, an asset to your company. Thank You! from a satisfied customer Jeff Kaster
