Dirty tables. Root beer In a plastic cup unless you want to spend another $8 for a mug. Root beer didn't even taste
Like the old fashion A&W root beer. Flies flying and landing on dirty tables. Not one empty table was wiped down for new customers when they come in. I was misled into believing the restaurant would be like the original where you can drive up and they bring your meal to you on a tray and clip on your window. Instead it was merged with KFC and it was a drive up/eat in fast food. Disappointed. I drove 3O min for this? Unfortunately I won't be back
Walked in and the smell of old fryer grease was so overwhelming and no one was there to take order, was afraid to eat there with that terrible odor. We left without ordering.
Drive thru people were acting like they were slammed, even though only 1 person was in front of me. They didn't take the time to ask about my order at all, including condiments, aides and even the drink. Thankfully I was able to get the correct drink and side I wanted, but hamburger had toppings I would never have ordered.
The food was absolutely horrible. You could clearly tell they had scraped the pan to get the last little bit that had probably been sitting all day to serve. The Mac n Cheese had hard noodles and was dry. Very disappointed! I would not recommend to anyone!
Hamburger was tasteless. Did not refund all my money. For the price, it should have been much better.
Food was tasty and met my expectations. The overall restaraunt atmosphere was fairly standard for a fast-food place, however it was notably cleaner than most fast-food buildings (which is definately a plus in my book). This location's staff were all friendly, and I felt casually welcome. My only real complaint (and this has nothing to do with the employees) is that this location appeared to be somewhat understaffed. Took me a bit longer than I expected to recieve my food, which I was picking up inside the restaraunt as a mobile order through the app. But the staff were all bustling about and working hard, so no fault to them.
We got KFC and it was bad. The chicken pieces was so small also the biscuit. I wouldn't waste my time or money again.
Was ok. The staff was very loud while I was trying to eat. I was a little surprised by what all they were yelling about with customer's in the place eating. If they got my order correct I could have given a bit better of a review but, two of my 4 items were wrong. Might have just been a bad day. I don't know.
