I went through the drive thru yesterday (10/29/2024) around 3:45/4:00 pm and the woman (young African American) the register was phenomenal. She was so kind, friendly and had such impeccable manners. (I don’t remember the last time I heard a please or thank you in the service industry.)
Normally I wouldn’t write a review but good customer service has become a rarity.
As a fellow business owner I just wanted to bring it to the owners attention of what an amazing team member they have working with them.
We came here with our young kids to dine in and they were so kind to our family. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The food was great and the kids had a blast eating out. They definitely went the extra mile and we appreciate it! Everyone rang the bell on the way out!
Cannot believe a fast food restaurant closes 15 minutes early. They do this at this location all the time. I literally just wanted a root beer.
I did not take pictures. We flew into the airport late, and this was the first thing we saw when we got off the freeway.
And I'm happy about that, lol
It's been a while since I have had A & W and My Rootbeer float and my Chille dog ( They are smaller than before, but that chilie taste the same.
Three days ago I came and got a large chocolate shake. It was amazing. And was chocolate. Yesterday I went and got 2 large chocolate shakes after they were handed to me I sat and waved and waited till someone noticed me still sitting there. I explained they looked nothing how they did last time and let alone it wasn’t even chocolate looking. It was as white as the cup. The girl in the drive thru didn’t seem to care because she told me “I put 2 pumps (scoops) in there. There is no vanilla in there ma’am. If you leave and try it and decide you don’t want it come back and I will remake it “ I was there and you couldn’t remake it ? Wasn’t worth what was spent on it either. Didn’t even taste like ice cream at all. Honestly ended up throwing it away because it was disgusting. And when I dumped it out IT WAS PINK NOT WHITE NOT CHOCOLATE. PINK. Because I asked for no whipped cream and NO CHERRIES. There was 7 cherries in it. Beyond disappointing and disgusted. Thought customers were right when they ordered their food. But guess it wasn’t even what I ordered so how can it be right ? I work in a neighboring business and visit this location frequently . I probably will never visit again. Also included a picture of the “chocolate shake I ordered” and how it’s at vanilla /white in color as the cup is .
I went through the drive thru for a burger and I get home and it completely raw… I’ve tried to call the store and no answer
The root beer is good. The food is pretty subpar with nothing nothing really in the way of plant-based options. They are occasionally out of some items, including their root beer ice cream, which was the only thing we went for the last time we went. They're reasonably clean, but very typical for what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant.
Great staff. Very friendly. Prompt service. Boss is awesome. Drive thru employee even better
