I ordered chicken tenders, cheese curds, and coleslaw. Coleslaw arrived discolored and as hot as the chicken. The taste made it clear it was off and unsafe. It was spat out and thrown out. Also, it was $2.50 for a portion size of 2-3 bites, why bother?
The chicken was strangely textured- kind of rubbery and stringy. I ordered from this location once before and that order was great so this was surprising. Chicken was thrown out too. In essence I just paid $40 for a small cheese curd.
The food was honestly very good for fast food, I got a Spicy Papa Burger and it was well seasoned, grilled nicely and flavorful. I also got onion rings. I wish they had more drink options though; there was only about 5 options for fountain drinks. The place is old and could use remodeling but the tables were clean, trash wasn't filled and the place smelled very good. The girl who took my order was VERY nice, she was so sweet and was talking to me like I was her friend and not a customer. She honestly made my experience so good, she said my food would take less than 5 minutes and they were busy; she was respectful, kind, and just a very good person. Thank you Noor
I will say the food was really good overall the burger was juicy and was done just right. the service that I had also was great and they understood everything quickly and took short time to place a big order, while I was there the workers were cleaning and working really hard for the age they seem (work better than a lot of adults I have seen work nowadays) , my order was quick, took about 5-10 minutes just like the cashiers said (good timing calculations props to them). Although As I was eating tho there was a mouse that ran from outside the A&W and into A&W and hid under a table which really made me lose my appetite overall.
Forgot a part of our order which already took ten minutes. Took them another ten minutes to make a single slider and they cost an arm and a leg anyways. Fast food is no longer fast. We waited so long I lost my appetite.
Noor was an amazing young lady with such a sweet personality. I promise this young lady I would write review for her being that she was so kind. If you ever run into her while she’s working, give her a high five for the great work she does.
Myself and my friend ordered and had waited 25 minutes only one person food was cooked and 6 drinks were order ( we order two drinks two meals and tip 15%). So, they told me I had buy the other burger even tho they messed up. The guy was very hesitant about having me read what I bought even tho I clearly over paid. He kept pressing for the order to not be refunded. Causing him keeping the 15% tip on an order I was over charged 20 dollars for and paying me cash instead...what type of service is that.
I asked for a full refund and walked out. Beware.
I love this place!! I don't get to go often anymore cause the one by me closed. The closest one to me now is miles away so when I get the chance to go that way, HECK YES I stop in for a float and some onion rings and maybe a double PAPA burger!!! ???? Lol ♥️♥️♥️
Food was hot and fresh, served immediately after prepared. The Sriracha cheese curds could have had a little more Sriracha to them. Mini corn dogs are always good and the fries are excellent.
