Best WLM Reviews
Super friendly staff and the food is great for the price especially if you have a coupon which they give out when you eat in! I remember having A&W as a child and the taste really brought me back to the food court my parents used to take me to at the mall we would visit. Root beer is delicious they have the zero option as well which I always get. Love coming here for the Papa Burger and Fries and will be doing so again!
Took my family here on Sunday. This location used to be top-notch. There were only 2 people working. Took forever to get my order taken. They didn't offer any mugs, I had to ask for one (we had 3 drinks, they only offered up 1 mug after I asked). The root beer tap is gone. After waiting for 15 minutes food finally arrives. 2 burgers are wrong. Takes another 15 minutes to get those re-made, meanwhile the rest of the food is cold. No hospitality at all, barely audible words from the worker. I won't be back.
Classic A&W taste at a great location. I ordered the spicy papa burger, root beer cream freeze and could not have been more satisfied with my meal. I did not get the name of the woman that took my order but I believe she was the manager whom was extremely nice and made sure the food came out perfect. Thank you again for the great food and hospitality. This location definitely gets a recommendation from me.
The pricing has gotten RIDICULOUS. $15 For a 5 piece chicken tender meal is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I would rather go to the steakhouse and get a steak dinner for almost the same price. The food is great but this is my last visit here due to the pricing. It isn't worth the money. Other than that the staff is awesome, they don't control the pricing of course.
Been years since we have been here, definitely not like I remember staff seems like they hate the world. Burgers don’t taste like they used to. Even the root beer was off. Spend 32$ on 2 meals and kids meal and had to beg for bbq sauce finally had to pay for more. I don’t understand why you can get unlimited ketchup but 1 bbq sauce. Some people don’t use ketchup. It will be years again before we return to this location.
Update 4/20/2024
Have to update the review due to the change from fresh burgers made to order which were juicy and awesome to some type of premade or frozen patties. They are no longer juicy or flavorful, just a run of the mill burger now. I used to drive 20 minutes just for their food but now I rarely stop even when I drive by it.
Burgers are meh, cheese curds have changed went from great to ok, chicken decent, and mini corn dogs good.
Love the food but the service was awful…was handed a large rootbeer float in the drive thru the kids don’t fit properly and it opened up and spilled all down my white shirt and the people in the drive thru window gave zero care. Didn’t offer any napkins or anything just stared at me and
Completely ignoring the fact there is a giant mess I am trying to deal with…very rude
Hadn't been in an A&W for almost 20 years. Glad we stopped in. Food was great, made to order and loved the root beer!! Service was good and restaurant was clean.
