This place is filthy. Especially the nasty bathroom.
Charged me for wrong order. As the person at the register was taking orders. Someone else was only filling drive thru orders. When my order finally comes out I realized it was wrong. Even charged me for the wrong order then I had to tell 3 people what’s supposed to be on the order. The chicken was so old it tasted as if it had been sitting out in the open for atleast a good hour. I don’t think anyone knows what they are doing. And please clean the women’s restroom stalls. There is splattered Pooh on the stall walls.
We waited 30 minutes, requesting our food to be made fresh. It was was made by who I found out to be the GM, and he never wore gloves in preparing my food as I watched at the counter.
The fish was literally made fresh but had particles and dirt from oil that had clearly not been changed in a good while. So, sadly we returned the food and asked for a refund.
The counter top at the register was broken and setting on the floor. When we asked about it while wait on our food and the friendly girl said it has been "broken a long time!"

You probably have a lot on your plate as a manager, but seem to have a good team to help you clean up and fix your establishment and lead them following Serve Safe guidelines.
It doesn't cost much to clean and provide clean service to your guests.
We will be looking forward to seeing implemented improvements on our next trip through Kansas. My husband said we will never stop here again, but I'm optimistic.
They have combined Long John Silvers and A & W restaurants. Nice for those who don't like fish, because they could have a burger! Fast food.
We were driving through hays and thought we would stop for a burger. The food was great but portions were small (especially compared to what they used to be). Only two employees there but they were friendly enough and worked quickly. Pretty run doe facilities but overall not terrible. We were also bummed there was no dine in
Restaurant is a combo A&W and Long John Silvers. I live on the east coast and hadn't had LJS in years. Unfortunately my fish was overcooked and/or had been sitting in the window for a long time. The clam strips, hushpuppies, and coleslaw were just how I remembered...yummy. LJS was my 1st job back in 1992 so it is all about nostalgia for me.
The girl working there must have been on something. Ordered a root beer float, waited 30 min in drive though. Knocked on door because she was tweaking or something. Then she told us she was out of root beer????
Worst service I have ever received in my life. Went to the drive thru only one car in front of me. He pulled to the window where they took his order. I waited at the speaker no one ever ask me to wait or said anything. So once the cat pulled away I pulled to the window and was denied service unless I went back around behind the other cars in line. When I stated I didn't think the speaker was working he told me I needed to learn to be patient and to go around and he would take my order.
Got 2 Fish Tacos, with a side of Fries, order of clams, crab cake & coleslaw. All of it was great, service and workers were attentive, kind and helped answering questions.
