Stopped at the Birch Run A&W on the way home from Bronner’s for a quick ice cream treat. The counter attendant was cheerful and very efficient. I had a terrific root beer creamy freeze and my wife had their seasonal pumpkin shake. They were both very good. I can always count on A&W for a great treat.
I went here with a friend. The lobby was very nicely decorated! I love the hanging signs and bell! The food was good and service was pretty fast. The staff was also very nice. The chicken here is very refreshing from other restaurants. The fish was similar to fish sticks, but still tasted better from store bought fish sticks! It was nice not having to worry about chocolate or peanuts. We will defiantly be coming back!

I can't give 5 ⭐'s because I didn't get a fully filled bag of fries only half filled I didn't notice it until I was at the park. Stop stealing from the customers you got our full money so fill the fry bag you thieves.
I asked for no lettuce, and as I stood inside waiting for my meal , I witnessed lettuce being put on my sandwich (which was confirmed it was my sandwitch) spooked up and said "I hope that's not mine because I can't have lettuce!" The young employee said it was too late to do anything bc it was made. I was starving that day and decided that since they did NOT remake my burger, I had to take it off myself. Therefore, with basically nothing on my burger, it was not pleasant. At all.
Food was okay. My bun was soggy but overall tasted okay. The rootbeer cream freeze saved it all. The staff was nice and it was clean enough in the restaurant.
Visited while visiting the area. Delicious burger, fries, and onion rings. And of course outstanding Root beer. Unfortunately I purchased a jug I was told I could refill at any A&W. Unfortunately the A&W near my home refused to refill saying the don't refill the "refillable" jugs
The burger was really good. I don't ever finish a burger but I finished that one. The fries were good and fresh and the root beer was delicious
Great food, team working was so kind and fast. My little one spilt a drink and although I got most with a napkin they insisted no big deal and made sure we didn't feel unwelcome. Thank you!!! Our favorite spot to stop, it's a tradition at this point. 5star service.
