Staff was attentive and courteous. The food was at a great temperature and delicious! I would gladly return.
It wasn't peak time when visited, so the staff wasn't stressed, but I definitely appreciate how I was treated. I hope they are able to remain courteous even under pressure of high traffic bc it was a calm and pleasurable experience.
I purchased a meal for myself and a combo for my grandbaby and paid a little over $21.00.

I was a little irritated because it was only drive thru and I came from out of town. But the root beer float was on point.
The counter employee was friendly and even gave us a coupon off on our purchase but our meal wasn't very warm and the A&W rootbeer tasted weird. We don't have a LJS/A&W close so I was excited that we found one on our trip.
The staff doesn't listen to you when ordering. They got everything wrong with my order. You constantly hear the cashier calling for her mama. They are rude to customers. Having to beg for ketchup is ridiculous. Plus this is supposed to be a A&W instead it's Long John Silvers. Everything is fried in that grease and everything taste and smell like fish. This place would be better closed down!!!
Good food but the staff aint that good to serve to customer.
Sat at the drive through speaker waiting for someone to take my order. No one did until I said hello. I was the only customer there. Ordered a soda with no ice and they gave me a cup that was half full. Waited 20 minutes for the food. No one came to tell me the status of my order. I finally flagged the worker down to ask how it's coming. She checked and came with my order about five minutes later. No apology. I was late for a work meeting. Read the reviews while I was waiting and saw that lots of folks have had the same experience. And yet it hasn't been fixed. Steer clear of this place unless you have lots of time and patience.
I don't think the number is right they never answers had a interview. Was told to call in 2 days but won't pick up
Other reviews are accurate. Wait post drive thru 20 minutes to not get food, or even them remembering you ordered at all. It's definitely a management problem. Employees were all looking totally lost while manager sat down doing whatever at a computer in the back, which can't possibly be more critical than the 8 orders with missing or wrong food
